Heine Brothers Coffee - State Street

It is a little expensive but I don't really mind paying the extra for ethical coffee.
Also if you bring your own cup they will fill it most of the time

Have been going to this location multiple times weekly for over a year. I am writing this review simply because I don’t understand how you don’t know how to froth milk properly for a cappuccino but you work in a coffee shop. The workers are usually friendly occasionally I feel unwanted but it’s fine I just want a good cappuccino. I drive about 15 mins out of the way to go to other coffee shops that can properly froth milk.

Truly blown away by the fantastic customer service! I’m new to coffee drinking but the worker Chris helped me craft the perfect drink! An absolute must visit if you are in the area! Great atmosphere and very clean!

I loved this place! I have a dairy sensitivity and the workers were very patient and kind while answering my questions. Ended up getting a lavender oatmilk latte on their recommendation and it was perfect! Definitely my new go-to when I'm in the area

Updating my review as the service has constantly improved, as well as beverage quality. The beekeeper cold brew is absolutely worth getting. The workers are always polite and service is incredibly fast. Plus, the coffee is fair trade. Heine Bros is a company I feel right supporting, and is definitely worth the price of the drinks. I will continue to support them and I always make sure I have money to tip. Phenomenal.

I love this place! The drinks are always good, and the baristas are sooo friendly and always know my order, I love that they remember my oat milk when I don’t 🤣♥️ Thank you all for making my mornings better! ☕️

I really like all of the “seasonal” drinks that Heine Brothers offer, but I LOVE the Toasted Coconut Cold Brew!
The manager, Natalie, is always so sweet…I’ve actually followed her from 3 different stores in Southern IN since I basically work out of my car and she ALWAYS remembers me and my order!!
The store is clean, well stocked and a great place to catch up on emails.

When I buy coffee it is always from a heine bros. I love what they stand for as a whole, we need more amazing liberal businesses. These are the type of people my family and I love to support.

The staff here are the best!! And I’m so glad to have a Heine Bros closer to home! Fantastic cup of coffee, and you get to support a company that is fair trade organic. Win win!
