Jack's Donuts of Kokomo

Our local Jack's Donuts is owned by a Veteran and staffed by some amazing people. Logan was friendly and well-mannered. He was able to tell us how the donuts are made and what ones were going to be best fit my current dietary needs. Cannot wait to bite into my "dessert" donut and my "breakfast" donut!!

Clean, friendly staff and very good variety. A good addition to Kokomos finest.

Just a great place for coffee and donuts for the morning. Costs of the donuts are excellent. And to top it off they are larger (maybe 2x) than your chain shops. The taste of them was great, and lots of variety

I really wanted to like this place, but it's just an average donut shop. I tried an iced coffee (Tiger Tail Latte) and even with the three different kinds of syrup that were supposed to be in it, it still just tasted like bad, bitter coffee. Of the three donuts I got to try, only two were good: the tiger tail tasted the way a tiger tail should, and the applesauce cake donut was pretty tasty, but the fluff-filled one not only was sans fluff, but definitely didn't seem fresh.
The service was great, though, and the girl at the counter was not only answering my questions nicely, but even checked in to see if dairy milk was alright for the latte or if she should use an alternative, which I really appreciated.
Even with this lackluster experience, I will be going back only because they have boba energy drinks and I am quite intrigued by this. I'll be sure to update if I get to try one.

EDIT:
I did go back and try the boba and it was pretty good. I got a Jack'd lemonade that didn't actually give me a boost, though it was supposed to be an energy drink, and a strawberry boba concoction that was sweet. Their boba isn't the chewy kind, but the filled, popable sort.
Once again the service was fantastic! Drinks made quickly, the server answered all my questions and helped me choose a drink. This place has been hit or miss as far as products, but spot on with the customer service.

Have been there 3 times total! First time all cases were full of a good variety of donuts, second time there was maybe 7 trays but not a good variety, third time there was maybe 3 trays and no variety! And it was around 5:30 pm each time we were there! We already have one donut place like that we don't need another one! You have to have donuts if you expect to stay in business!

Jack's Donuts is great - when it's actually open. Their google page and website both say they're open til 9pm daily. However, I've gone several times around 7 or 8 to find them closed for the night. Today I went around 4pm and it was already closed.

If you like artificial flavors and over priced dough this is your place to go. That have a good variety but the after taste is awful takes a day just to get rid of it. Plus $12 for a dozen when Dan's donuts is $8 with better flavor no thanks I will stick with Dans

It took a minute them to get into the flow of baking but they’re staying open till 9 with at least one full case usually two!!! Donuts are always amazing and nicely sized. Occasionally when they’re smaller than normal the girls throw an extra in and count it as one. Love Jack’s of Kokomo and glad they’re here!!!

their donuts are a little overpriced for the flavor that they are. I definitely prefer the other donut shop in town who's dozen donuts are $5 cheaper. Convenience is nice that they're open later and they have a decent selection but I wasn't overly impressed with the flavor

The Staff was extremely helpful for this first timer!!!!! The donuts are FABULOUS!!!! MOIST, TASTY AND OH SO VERY FRESH!!!! The fact s I sat in the parking lot and ate one!!!!
