Had a meeting there and was really pleased with the atmosphere! Tried their seasonal latte, honey cardamom and it was FANTASTIC! Grabbed another to go! Will absolutely be going back!
Was passing through and stopped by after finding the shop on Google. I had the pleasure of talking coffee with Caleb. Not much more to say than AWESOME! Great vibe, coffee, and baked treats.
Very cute & chill place for an afternoon coffee. The atmosphere was calming and most importantly the coffee was very good!! Syrups looked to be all house made, and they were delicious! So much better than Starbucks! This is going to be my new stop when I'm in the area!
This is what Castleton has needed for years! It's the perfect place to work or have coffee meetings. Such a genius idea to set up half of the shop for work and the other half for being comfy/meetings. I don't have to worry about feeling bad having a meeting in between people working on their laptops anymore!
The coffee is really great, aesthetic is on point, and it feels super homey! The scones and cinnamon rolls were to die for. Definitely check it out!
My articulate 19 year old brother trying a couple pastries I brought home to him: "I liked the lemon (citrus scone) a bit more than the cookie I think. I like the the texture of the bread. The moist level was great. The amount of lemon was well balanced. The sweetness level was also pretty good. I have less things to say about the cookie (chocolate chip), but it was good overall."
Consensus, definitely gotta try the citrus scone! My personal favorite is the savory scone - it has goat cheese and honey! And the syrups for the coffee are made in house, ARE YOU KIDDING?! Love the almond syrup and honey cardimom.
Ran into this place looking for a nice and intimate place I could get some work/studying done and I love it here! It’s beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the drinks and pastries are so good. I love that there’s a variety of seating options as well! That’s a big plus; you can chill on a sofa, sit in a booth, or sit a table. I think I found my new study spot.. 10/10 recommend!
We’ve visited once so far. We ordered two drinks which actually don’t happen to be on the menu, but the owner was more than happy to oblige, and dare I say even showed a hint of giddiness, since they’re espresso staples (cortado & 6 oz cappuccino). It seems he’s created a menu comprised of a few safe, crowd-pleasing drinks and is open to requests if you don’t see what you’re looking for. Here’s what sets him and his place apart: he made our drinks himself using the lovely La Marzocco machine he refers to as “his baby,” and seemed to love every second of it. You can tell he’s passionate about all things coffee, and was super pleased to make a couple of original, basic espresso drinks to please us even though they’re not on the menu. He knows his stuff and didn’t skip a beat when we made our request. The espresso is nice and smooth. The ambiance and overall style of the place is great. We will be back. Looking forward to trying out some of the food stuff they offer along with our next coffee order. :) *Don’t be afraid to ask for any simple espresso drink even if you don’t see it on his menu or simply request to modify a menu item; I’m sure he’ll be thrilled.
Great people, great vibes, great stuff! The crew there is super friendly, and they’ve got a nice limited menu of drinks and pastries. I had an oat milk latte that was perfect, and a really tasty citrus scone that I’ve been thinking about for days after
So thankful for a local coffee shop close to home! It’s been a great spot to work from (so many outlets!!!) or just meet up with a friend. I especially love the Chai Tea Latte or Hazelnut Latte! I’ve also tried way too many of the baked goods and they’re all INCREDIBLE (especially the cinnamon roll!!!).
