As soon as you step into this coffee shoppe, you'll realize that all the cool kids hang here, and you might therefore be cool by association. It has the sort of warm, inviting atmosphere that is unfortunately overlooked by chain coffee businesses these days. There's bizarre and wondrous art in the walls to observe and purchase, plenty of store blends to buy and take home for home brewing, and helpful staff who clearly enjoy their jobs, and will select a robot or dinosaur toy to go with your order if you're so inclined. Plus, a little bird told me the owner knows Neil Gaiman. Support small businesses and direct yours here for a morning brew--you'll be glad you did.

Really fun and comfortable atmosphere whether you want to do some work, read a book or hang out with friends. Plenty of couches to hang out on and indoor tables/chairs as well. Pricing is fantastic and the coffee is better than the commercial stores. They also have muffins for sale at the counter.

This place is weird and quirky in all the right ways. Staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Not a significant selection of pastries and food, but after ordering the vegan burrito, I know it's to ensure the high quality of what they carry. Quick service as well with just fantastic vibes. This place has earned their rightful spot as my go-to coffee place from here on out

This is simply one of my favorite places ever. The owners are friendly, kind, and down to earth. The staff is always friendly as well. I love the coffee and any food I've had there is good. I occasionally stay and sit to work or meet up with someone there. It is great for that as well.

Don’t know how I haven’t put my rating here yet! Been going here since we moved to Greenwood a year ago.
All the staff are super nice.
Coffee is my favorite. The Cinnamon Swirl whole beans is brewed daily at our house but I still come in for the mixed hot drinks.
Good environment! Highly recommend!

This location is very easy to get to and stands out from the street just by the name! I was drawn towards the peanut butter cup frozen coffee drink and it was also recommended. The drink was amazing! Definitely coming back to try more drinks. They also roast their own coffee each week and sell it, this will also be a good try for the future!

I searched "coffee near me" and ended up here. The atmosphere is conducive to work and socializing. Lots of soft seating, actual tables, too. The staff was super friendly and well educated on all menu items. I ended up getting an iced Americano with cream and hazelnut and it tasted like honey smacks cereal milk- yum. Thanks for the great hospitality and fun art to look at while I waited for my coffee.

I have been coming here since we moved to the area 18 months ago. This shop is consistently good. Having had a really awful experience in a local coffee shop a few miles away, my only request is, do you think it’s possible to add a flat white to your menu? My all time fave drink and the only reason we frequented the other shop. Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness to us Brits and our service mutt!

A local favorite coffee shop!
Strange Brew has been a regular spot for a few years now. My personal favorite expresso drink is likely Black Forest, as it’s a good balance of sweet and strong. A variety of other beverages and food items are served too. An expresso & bagel sandwich make for a good, light meal!
The baristas are cheerful, ready to serve, and a couple of them at least appear to have an appreciation of geek culture. Coming in wearing a shirt referencing TV, video gaming, or anything pop culture will likely yield positive remarks from the servers!
Much of the art displayed is bright & colorful, with some pop culture references in at least a few cases. The interior overall has a hip, energetic style & feel.
An easy five stars!

Strange Brew has the best coffees, teas, and drinks. I’d choose them over Starbucks or Duncan any day. Definitely great quality drinks and bakery items. So much better flavor on everything!!
