Old Crown Coffee Roasters

Old Crown Coffee is just a neat place to go. They have at least a dozen different coffee beans, (9th Degree of Darkness is my fave), craft beers, spirits, and an extraordinary menu of you're hungry. Just walk in and smell the coffee and you'll want to stay.

Been going here for over a year every morning. This place can't be beat. Great atmosphere, great service. They also have a fantastic beer and wine selection along with great cocktails for an after work drink.

Neat concept (coffee shop + bar + arcade), but falls short on execution. Menu above counter does not give drink details and the line moves incredibly slow (1 person on counter, 1 on bar). No real breakfast options, but the dinner options sounded interesting. No complaints on the iced dirty chai... I'd give another try for lunch or dinner.

So this place is awesome! It's pricy, but awesome! Their coffee was spot on, they know their beer, liquor, etc, and they make amazing food! Seriously want one of these in my area!

A nice little coffee shop on Anthony Blvd, the coffee is good and so is the small bar that's in there too. They rotate out drinks frequently (although Guiness is always a good staple it seems). Their biggest "bang" is when they do their dinners on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Each week is different and the chef/cook team execute their menus well. Because it's always fresh and always different, it offers something that is sorely missed in a lot of other places in Fort Wayne: variety.

Great selections of all products offered. All the employees were friendly. Didn't eat but did have a good coffee and a beer. I great local place! We will be back to try the pinballs machines in the back room.

My wife really likes this place and got me started on it. I really enjoyed their carameled sin coffee. Their vodka espresso was unique and very good. They have tasty meals, too.

I’m a regular customer who frequents old crown often. Great service and quality drinks. I came in today for my regular grande mocha breve, and was in a hurry to get back to my work and didn’t take notice of my drink before leaving. I noticed it felt a little lighter than normal, and when I took the kid off noticed it was only 2/3 full. I’m guessing it was only a error as it was a new barista who assisted me, but feel like I paid for a grande and got a tall instead.

Changing menus are always hit or miss. My wife and I were to have our first visit on Valentines day, but were not thrilled with the menu options and bounced a reservation. Perhaps our judgement was misplaced because our Cinco de Mayo trip was wonderful. Food was original and even something as simple as a side of black beans obviously received attention from the chef in the development of taste. My margarita was very well made and very tasty (but I did not spring for the SUPER margarita that must be made with the tears of angels for its listed price). Price is higher than one would expect for a place billed as a cafe/coffee roaster, but the quality was equally high as to not be a problem.

We picked up two variations of whole beans and were very happy. Their darkest roast is advertized as being free of acidity and I politely believed the gentleman helping us choose. Turns out he was 100% correct. Even when permitted to get cold (two young kids means cold coffee is a fact of life) there was 0 acrid taste. Excellent work on the part of their roasters!

Looking forward to another trip.

Very cozy place to go sit in... Coffee drink was Wonderful. A little on the strong side, but the employee was very happy to make it right for me. So glad Ivisited the place. Beats the Firefly's atmosphere and Starbucks.
