Definitely an item for the list of Fort Wayne hidden treasures. The cakes are remarkably filling - consider splitting them, or if you're visiting alone, be ready to take part of it to go.

Took my 11 year old and 7 year old there on a Sunday early afternoon. There are checkers and other games at the tables. We ordered a raspberry, cookies and cream and cinnamon and sugar chimney cake. It took about 10 minutes to make all three. The staff was very friendly. It was fun to watch the cakes being made. Place is clean. Everyone enjoyed trying their cakes.

I had a raspberry sweet chimney that was super yummy but I didn't realize it wouldn't come with the yummies inside that I saw everyone else enjoying. I had a mochacino that was yummy. Wishing they would have had a handicap accessible entrance.

Fantastic local place! Loved the cinnamon chimney cake! Definitely a must try!

Chimney Cakes is a go-to spot for us whether at the YLNI market on Saturdays or the cafe on Main Street. Great atmosphere in the shop, incredibly genuine and friendly owners, and it's family friendly (our kiddos especially love the complimentary coloring supplies and games to keep them entertained if they're not already engrossed in watching the Chimney Cakes being handmade right at the front counter). We especially recommend the Italian savory chimney and the paninis, though everything they make is fantastic. Definitely a must try!

Such a fantastic treat. The chimney cakes are made fresh, which means you have to wait a bit for them to be ready, but it is 100% worth the wait. The Hungarian panini was very savory and delicious. The cream filled chimney cake cones are sweet and fluffy, I ordered 3 traditional chimney cakes to go as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s worth every penny.

Authentic Hungarian körtös kalács brought me back to the market in Budapest. Amazing and so yummy!

Really enjoyed our Bavarian cream filled dessert. It was full of different ingredients I wasn't expecting. I'm hoping they continue to build on the concept of putting different flavors and toppings inside. If you can find a way to do soft served ice cream at the farmer's market please do!

Great atmosphere, food and service. The Chimney cakes take me back to my home country, Romania. I live in North Carolina and made a point to visit this Cafe when I came to Fort Wayne for this exact reason. Yummy

I adore this place. Everything was delicious and the decor and atmosphere are warm and inviting. The prices were reasonable and I'm so happy to have something unique to enjoy that has some history to it.
