Food was decent, two can eat breakfast for $20. Service is slow.

Got the Roast Beef special for $8. The roast was not very tender and was bland. Very disappointed in getting instant mashed potatoes! On a good note the green beans tasted good. The portions were very small. Not a good value when I'm still hungry.

Was in Evansville for business meetings. Always looking for mom and pops to eat at. This was a little gem. Highly recommend. If you passing through. Great food, friendly staff. It's a small place, they will make feel at home.

I've been here a few times and the food has been good every time. Nothing fancy just simple and good. They have specials and I had the roast beef. It was very good. My wife and I especially like their cakes and pies. Not a lot of parking and limited seating. However, they have some tables for larger groups of people. I will be returning.

Service was great. We had breakfast and everything was good. Bacon could have been cooked a little longer for my taste.
But will definitely return.

Five stars for the price, but the food was not as good. I’m not sure where they get their hashbrowns, but they were mush and burnt on one side and not fully cooked on the other. Also, I asked for no meat in my gravy, and it was full of it, so they don’t follow instructions either.
