Only problem I had was with the website. What a nightmare. But that's on corporate. My experience with the store was excellent. My online order was fulfilled quickly and the exchange was quick and hassle-free.

Had a great time. Bought gifts for my son.

Hope the day never exists that we are without bookstores. Nothing like entering a book store and the experience of the search and smell - but my teenage daughters face ,as she so intently goes to “her aisle” and patiently scans for that one that is just her vibe, is one of my favorite things in life. All the kids that can find a love to books ,will be better off , when the times come that TVs and phones are toxic and persistent with chaos , a book takes them elsewhere temporarily but it clears their headspace... And that’s so important these days .

Moved items around since I had been there, which all stores do that. Just aggravation not knowing where things are. But, overall, I still say 5 stars. Prices are reasonable, store is clean, and the staff are nice and helpful.

Funny thing happened here. I walked past the music section all I saw was vinyl albums. I went in looked around and told the young lady I can remember when this whole room was just CDs. She said yeah those are old.
I looked at the vinyl albums, looked back at her, shrugged and said hmmmm. Imagine that

Still nice to find a good ol book store and just chill and watch younger generation explore a museum but with a modern twist of a 20 dollar. Coffee and muffin. Makes the. Kids there status raises to bad ma and pa your. Wallets know it. But still very cool place to hang out a couple hours

Books and Starbucks in the same building is a win for myself. I found a great book for my husband that he loved and got myself a London Fog latte. I found other books I will be returning to get as gifts for my bookworm loved ones:)
