There was only one staff member visibly helping anyone and the rd head working was too busy playing with her friends around the Legos to help or acknowledge a customer.

I love books but Barnes & Noble is just not my favorite place to buy them. Almost everything they sell is priced very high so they can entice you to join their membership. I understand they need to make money to stay in business and I am willing to pay full price for books but other things they sell like board games are priced through the roof.

Also, the last time I was in there was to pick up an online order. The customer service desk had a sign saying that the desk was closed and to pick up at the cashier. I stood in line and the cashier told me that I had to go to the desk despite the fact that the sign said it was closed. I stood there for 5+ minutes waiting on someone to finally come back there and get my order for me.

Next time I'll just order from somewhere else. It's a bummer we don't have a large independent bookstore in town.

Always good service there. Needed help finding a few book and was help by a friendly and very nice helper.

This place is amazing. The staff were so helpful. I believe her name was Kaitlyn. She helped me find the right book for my daughter and sold me on a couple of series I'm excited for her to start. She was so good one of the books she talked about I got for myself I was so interested. Tha k you so much

Large, well-ordered store with nice collection of games, toys, and LEGO.

Great and varied magazine section. Clean and bright.

ONLINE INVENTORY can be incorrect. Call before travelling there.

Showing a book as in stock online that the staff said isn't in stock. Regret driving there without calling first. Disappointing.

My kids found the books they were looking for and the service was decent...not to pricy, either. Nothing really special about the experience, but nothing bad either...meh...

Wish they had more hardback books, and a bigger selection of non-current published works on the shelves. But great nonetheless.
