BIGGBY COFFEE

We were not greeted stood there and no one waited on us. We watched as others came in after us and they got greeted and told "let me know when you're ready" talking to them..

This place isn't worthy of all the hype. The menu is the main problem. It's impossible to find what's in the drinks and when you look at their menu online it's even worse. It's mind numbingly stupid to list emotions as ingredients for drinks. The service is very slow resulting in long lines. I don't recommend this place at all.

Staff is really friendly and I loved this place! The bragels are delicious and the creme freeze was refreshing. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

They're always friendly and upbeat. And the bagels are amazing!

Although this biggby and it's staff are new, I absolutely love coming here! The manager is always super friendly and when there are issues they go above and beyond to solve them. Both times I've had an issue they have either increased my drink size for free or given me a coupon for a free drink. New businesses always have their issues getting started, but they do a great job of making the customer happy! I will definitely keep going back!

Very good specialty coffees! Tried a vegan sausage bagel and hubby got a cinnamon muffin. Both were delicious!

$7 for a coffee, In middle American.not sustainable .
$6.50 for 24oz hazelnut latte but it cost $0.75 to make it iced. They nickel and dime you your every decision you make..
I wanted something similar to compare to what I normally get at Starbucks. Cost me $5.25 extra shot and flavored at Starbucks.
Here it was over $8
I cancelled that and asked what is good and worth the biggby price. The kid correctly replyed. "Nothing"

I might have given one star but unfortunately I didn't get to try the coffee so I feel that would be un-fair .
Finally the Restroom where far too messy for that early in the morning.

Coffee sits unattended in pots, so you are not guaranteed to have hot coffee. My coffee today was not hot. WiFi is acceptable, but not great. Update - two years after my first review, this store still sells coffee out of unattended pots, and I received another cup of lukewarm coffee. No improvement. Update - Four months after my previous update, I finally had a good experience here. The coffee was hot and the price was reasonable. That is progress. One more star added.

Their coffee is always good.

Cold brew goes down very smooth. I usually take a while to finish a coffee but my drinks from Biggby always go down quick.
