Terrific 👍 The food was awesome 👌 Kudos to the Chef 👨‍🍳 Our Server, Morgan, was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed.
I know some people may be turned off/away by a 'truck stop' / 'hole-in-the-wall' type restaurant because it doesn't fall into that perfect 'Big City class of Restaurants' . Well all I can say to them is that they WILL BE missing out on a wonderful meal 😋 they COULD have here @ Jinny's Cafe'.
We are here for 16 days now though the end of the Portland Gas & Steam Engine show 2022 and will certainly be back to eat several times to work our way through the Menu.

This little place is a good stop for good food and we are on the road with little time to eat in a place usually. So the food was delivered in a timely fashion.

The waitress was very good and when you order a stake you expect to get it the way you order it or at least close, i ordered a medium rare stake and i got a over well done i sent it back after i had almost finished the rest of my meal my stake came out and it was rare. Neither of the stakes that came of had check cuts in them. So if you go here maybe the day cook knows how to cook but the night cook really needs to learn the basics !

First time trying . Great food fried chicken was the best I have ate.

First time visit and great one at that! Had the Hawaiian chicken and two sides being the salad and topping it off with the pudding ( I liked having a dessert as a side). The salad was just the right size as a side, small dish but adequate amount and really good! The chicken was thin cut but I got two along with three pineapple rings. Bbq sauce was drizzled over top. I could have used more but was also well portioned (I love my bbq). The roll that was part of the meal was fresh and really good. To say I left full and satisfied is an understatement! I have noticed, in my 61 yrs, that some of the best food can be found in the smallest, "hole-in-the-wall" places. Not to mention the atmosphere. This place has a comforting, family feel. This is where real hard working, Americans come to fill up on good food with family and friends. You wont go wrong.

Good food... good and down to earth people. Owner is a Veteran please be respectful. Food doesn't come in on trucks pre made he buys it, cooks it and serves it... same as we all do at home. Especially good for truckers to have a good healthy meal... and i highly recommend dessert!

Took 35 minutes get half order biscuits an gravy an we was only 2 people in the place the prices have went up so much for order toast an order bacon with coffee an. 1pop with half order biscuits an gravy was almost 19 dollars do what last 3 times we been there in last month it's took forever to get the food then theportions r half size they have always been just a all around nightmare won't b goin back an definitely won't b letting anybody I know go back. This place has been there all my love always been a favorite of mine an my friends an family. It's always been great food an service with way better prices an a great place to stop. We will drive by from now on.
