Ignore the 2 random people posting about “slow” service. 5-10 minutes for tea is average when it’s being seeped fresh. 10 minutes for hot food is not slow when it’s being made by hand. If you want a 4 minute burger go to McDonald’s. If you want good coffee and good food, and would like to enjoy if in a fantastic environment come here.
Great seating and service, Nya - thanks for great service!
I am bothered these other reviewers who are also “local guides” have such illogical stipulations for service time at a coffee shop.
I would assume those would be the same people telling the pilot to “fly faster” when they’re on a cross country flight.
Ignore the haters and come enjoy and amazing local business!

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Summer is where it is at, of course, because I basically had the entire place to myself. Staff was friendly and personable, burrito and London fog were great, and it was such an open atmosphere for working/meeting with others.

Demogorgon smoothie was delicious, but a little smaller than expected.

Love this place. Very quiet today as students are home for the holidays. Got my stand-by comfort lunch, tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. As always, fabulous.
Stop by when you are on town especially if you love collections. There are walls of great cookie jars, walk around and check them out, bet you will find some you remember from when you were a kid.
Great place to just chill for a bit.

My friend hyped this place up so much and honestly I was disappointed. Had a matcha latte (my usual) was expensive and not good. Flavorless. Also, not impressed by their bakery section. However, I went in the early evening so I hope it would be better in the early morning.
I'm giving it 3 stars though because it has a lot of seating and is a visually cool cafe. Also open late!

Clean, quaint little coffee shop. Helpful and kind baristas, especially the charming mullet-clad man who goes by Jake. He Steered me towards an iced americano made with seltzer water, and I was pleasantly surprised. Very refreshing for a hot summer day. I will 100% be returning and giving poindexter my business!!

Great place to grab a coffee and study! They keep the music down pretty low so it’s easy to concentrate. Also loved all the cookie jars, mixed match furniture, and wall art!
5/5 recommend going there!!

This place is DOPE! would highly recommend coming in here to chill or study. It's in the converted lobby of a hotel, and has super high ceilings, massive windows, and an entire armada of couches and comfortable chairs

The barista taking my order got on all fours and began barking at me and sniffing my toes.
