Nice place. Opens early, very grateful for that. There is second floor. Coffee is average, you have to ask about sugar/ milk/ utensils separately. Good basic cafe to start your morning. No free parking nearby.

I love their paninis, but the avocado toast was not so delicious. The coffee quality on sale day does not as good as normal.

This Espresso Royale location would rate 5stars with me if not for the filthy condition inside. I've been here several times recently and it's always the same--crumbs all over the counters and eating surfaces, crumbs and debris all over the floor. The floors are so unclean you almost stick to them as you walk. This is a shame because the coffee and the food are outstanding! It is also a shame that the young people that work here either are not being taught the value of keeping a restauarant clean or they simply don't care to. There is an "ABC" rule in restaurant management --Always Be Cleaning. The cleanliness of your customer-facing areas symbolize the pride you have in your establishment and how you value your customers. At this ER location, it seems that the customers are taken for granted and the apathy towards the cleanliness and aesthetics of the store is appauling.

The quality of the drink varies drastically depending on day/who makes it/whether it is a sale day or not. There is no quality control. Ex. One day chai is super strong, practically burning and the next it is so weak tastes like drinking a cup of milk. Also very expensive on normal days considering other coffee shops around and what you get. Plus one star for better price on sale day.

I visit this place on regular basis with my friends. Really nice place, great coffee, great deal (Monday Mocha and Wednesday Latte!), great soy milk alternatives! Staff here are always friendly, seating area is cozy and roomy.

Lots of great items to choose from. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I still haven't quite figured out my perfect order here, but I've tried lots that I've liked. It is very conveniently located next to the theatre department, for all your coffee-fueled moments 💁🏼‍♀️

It takes them forever to prepare simple latte in the morning. Perhaps u should get more baristas
