This adorable gem is in an unsuspecting structure on the side of a state parking lot by a super busy thoroughfare but is well worth turning-off and taking a moment to yourself. My iced latte from 8:30 this morning is still great at 12:30 thanks to COFFEE ICE CUBES! Simply brilliant but would be lost on quicker drinkers who throw the ice out! I didn't get any flavor because I wanted to taste the coffee and am NOT disappointed. Smooth, not acidic or tart at all.
I look forward to returning when I have time to sit a while in the sun drenched front room, to take in the gorgeous craftmanship of the building and relax with the beautiful music.

I love this place! The coffee is excellent and my favorites are the Brazilian cheese rolls, made fresh daily. I get there as early as I can to get them warm! Lovely staff and such a pleasant place.

Coolest coffee shop in town! Brazilian coffees, pao de queijo and brigadiers. Visit for a taste of Brazil!

Coffee was very okay; Not great.
The pastry was very dry.
Fun interior vibe but low seating.
Best part is the idea/theme connection to the owner.

I love this place. Beautiful interior and decor. Good coffee and pastries. If you get iced coffee they put a plane shaped ice cube in it. :) love this addition to springfield!

One of the better local coffee shops in the area. Full flavor brew, interesting shop.

Best coffee in Springfield by 10 miles. Blows the other coffee shops in town out of the water. I love the drinkable temp, and I’ve never tasted a smoother coffee. Love the inside, and service is awesome.

The tepid coffee and bigalow green tea were ordinary. The selection of pasteries was sparse. There are only enough seats on the inside for about a dozen people. It does look like the will have outside seating weather permitting. It was raining at 10am on a Saturday. There are 2-3 really great coffee shops in springfield already. Will not be back.
