Aviatori Coffee House

"Aviatori" is an immersive experience you can't possibly miss. Not only it is quite a beautiful coffee house, but it embraces the best of the best for location (and convenient parking), top quality Brazilian coffee served in a superb, historical building, with vintage, cozy furnishing with aviation related pictures and objects abounding in all rooms. The balanced, olfactory blend of fresh coffee and old wood will mesmerize your senses. Ah, and if you are in a rush, the convenient drive-through will get your coffee in no-time!

I mean, they deserve 5 stars for these plane shaped ice cubes alone. :) In all seriousness though, this place is so charming. I had an iced coffee and a Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Roll) and both were scrumptious. I don’t want to give away just how good the Pão de Queijo is with a description that doesn’t do it justice, just know that you will not regret getting it. Can’t wait to go back.

As a Brazilian myself, I love coffee but, after I met Juliana, the owner, I have learned so much about coffee . Love the Cheese bites that they bake there, DELICIOUS. The place is perfect and tastefully decorated. If you haven't been to Aviatori Coffee House yet, you should visit the place. I recommend!

Cold brew was tasty, wife got the hot chocolate and that was Rich! The cheese balls were yummy. Would like to see some warm pastries myself.

Cute vibe, great drinks made with such care… they actually make lattes correctly here and add such detail to the craft! But very reasonably priced. The owner was so nice and accommodating to our party which included toddlers. I regret writing a good review because I don’t want other people to find out about this awesome spot!

My favorite coffee shop in town. Such delicious coffee (locally roasted)—drip & cold brew are both great. Wonderful service, the owner is so nice and good at what she does. Very comfortable and special space; cool theme, nice lighting and beautiful vintage furniture. Love it.

My husband and I are from out of town and drove through Springfield on our way up to IN. The inside is a refurbished home from probably the 30’s-40’s and is warm, friendly, and makes you feel nostalgic as hell. I got a gingerbread/hazelnut oat milk latte and it was soooo yummy. Will definitely make Aviatori a stop on our usual route from now on!

Love the decor of the shop. Great place to read while drinking your coffee. The owner and staff are very friendly and I particularly enjoy the Brazilian coffee and pastries they offer.
