Green Joe Coffee

There was so much anticipation of what this newly constructed building was going to be in the neighborhood for a couple years, and this place has lived up to it! I've been here a few times now and it's always been pleasant...great coffee and smoothies, great muffins, bagels, and scones. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they take pride in what they are doing!

As a Schaumburg native, I've been dying to see a small, independent coffee shop pop up here away from Woodfield (that area always gets the newer businesses haha) but after seeing all the social media buzz about this place, I had to check it out. I no longer live anywhere near Schaumburg, but while out running around for work, I had to schedule time to stop by, I ended up purchasing 2 drinks (one latte and 1 iced tea) and was not at all disappointed. I got the lavender latte iced, which was so good, the coffee itself is outstanding and the prices were so reasonable. I also purchased the iced guava green tea citrus lemonade, which had me wanting to run through the drive thru once more before heading back to the Tri-Cities. So good. I only wish there was one closer, but have found my new go to when visiting family. Do yourself a favor, go support a great small business, with great coffee and greater people. You won't be disappointed if you do.

Cute place with high energy and helpful baristas. Their mini size smoothie was perfect for the toddler.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Green Joe Coffee! They're very helpful, going above and beyond for their customers. The drinks and pastries are fresh and delicious. Plus, the menu has a wide variety of options - it's hard to choose!!! I highly recommend this shop..

Soooo delicious! Friendly & fun. I'm so happy I found out about this place! They are new and maybe have some kinks to work put but NO BIGGIE!!! Very impressed by the taste of the coffee and the vanilla syrup tastes fresh and delicious. I will definitely be going back again tomorrow and more times in the future. 11/10

I’m confused as to how you can have avocado toast on the menu, but not have avocados? Its pretty sad that I have to go back to calling beforehand, to be sure I’m not making a wasted trip as this has happened now more than once!

Never going back to the chain. GJ coffee, bakery and teas are top notch. Fabulous quality. My family is addicted. Dirty chai - best I’ve had. Cold brew is five star. Had a root beer float....oh my. Owners and employees are one of a kind friendly and accommodating.

Matcha was very good. Latte was excellent. Vegan/GF bakery has a lot of selections some are good, some are interesting but definitely a ‘must try’!

Great coffee and staff are always friendly when I come through. They also have keto/gluten free/dairy free/etc. options. Highly recommend for a great coffee experience :)

The service, the drinks, the food, the staff. All of them are amazing! My wife and I love the avocado toast and the elvis!! Oh, and if you like cars come see us behind Green Joe's for a car meet every Sunday morning! 😁
