Green Joe Coffee

Good coffee and giant cookies. Long drive through times since they just opened and given the pandemic make sense. We will continue to go here. Glad the place opened! Wife said the drive though lady was wearing a mask when she went so the earlier review must have made them change for the better :)

After going here a few times, I can gladly say I am impressed not only with their beverage quality and wide variety of creative drink choices, but with their authenticity and passion towards customers! All the baristas there helped me find exactly what I wanted and wouldn’t let me leave until I found something I actually enjoyed. You can see the joy in what they do! The Return of the Mac (macadamia nut and chocolate I presume), is my personal favorite! I’ll keep coming back. Keep it up guys!

EDIT: I'm a little bummed they don't open before 7:00am. Now, I can't go here :(

Sustainable, local, and wonderful! Green Joe does it's best to serve the area in "green" conscious ways.

The products are unique and yummy! With vegan options and a variety of drinks, this is one of the few alternatives to Starbucks in the area, and it is definitely worth a visit.

I've been to the drive through a few times and the staff is friendly, but there's no menu posted anywhere and the drive through wait is anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes which is unacceptable. While I want to help support a local business during these troubling times, not having a menu hinders what I'm able to order as I have a severe allergy. The drive through wait is too long when you're in a hurry and can go to Starbucks and wait for half the time. I so enjoy the coffee and would love to come back, but not having a menu and having to wait for 30 minutes makes it too hard to continuously come back.

If you love well sourced coffee and food, go here! They offer dairy free, gluten free, and vegan coffee and snack options. The desserts looked amazing and the coffee was to die for. Prices are equal to or less than Starbucks. I think I found my new coffee stop!

Went on day one soft opening with my husband and we fell in love! We love a good cup of coffee, small businesses, good customer service, etc. Green Joe seriously checks each box. We have also tried some of the muffins and all are delish! So happy Green Joe is here in Schaumburg :-)

I ordered the iced coffee with caramel syrup and cream. It was smooth and refreshing! The syrup is not as sweet as Dunkin‘s but this was great for a healthier alternative. The line moved a little slow, but my coffee was made fast when I got to the window. Totally worth the wait! Can’t wait to go back!

Explain how this is acceptable- I get into line and sit for 30 min.thus far- literally writing this review while not moving inside my vehicle. No menu posted. People going around handing out samples but not taking orders. Still NOT even had my order taken yet and the line is not moving. We can’t leave the line because of the design or call to see what the hold up is because this business hasn’t listed a phone number. I’m diabetic, took my insulin prior to prepare for a sweet drink, and am stuck here and can’t even leave. Who waits in a drive through this long? It will probably be another 30 minutes because they are taking orders at the window! Not even a drive thru speaker. What is the phone number to speak with someone in management? This is completely ridiculous.

Additionally the website is down so I can’t find any contact info or even a menu so we can be prepared to help speed up the line.

Coffee is good. Atmosphere inside is kinda off inside.
The people working only really engaged with their friends that were visiting.
I was kind of ignored for a minute and waited around. It really felt like i was an inconvenience. Im not looking for perky customer service or overly friendly, but i just dont want to feel like they'd prefer if i didnt come in.

I like the concept, but their flavored coffee doesn't really taste like they describe. Also it's not strong enough coffee. The avocado toast is fire tho
