Excellent service with the friendliest staff!! They are always kind and helpful, and it's incredibly relaxing to sit there with coffee or a meal. Very welcoming environment.

Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes good, other times shockingly rude. Orders are sometimes incorrect and other times spot on and staff is helpful. I have been coming here several years and would rather support a local business than go to Starbucks, but they need to revisit who they're putting at the counter/drive through, or provide more training and support. I don't like feeling like I'm putting them out by trying to order coffee and a muffin.

Friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere. Muffins were tasty, drinks were ok.

Has delicious coffee and snacks. Great service that is quick and the prices are reasonable. A little less than Starbucks but is local instead of a global chain! Good atmosphere and plenty of seating great for meeting up with friends, dates, doing homework or meetings with medium sized groups. As a college student I highly suggest it as a study spot.

They have a different flavor coffee every day thatthey rotate through. Smells great when you walk inside, the coffee flavors are always good and very aromatic. Great employees as well! Decent prices too. Less than $3 for a large size of their coffee!

We have given you a chance three Sundays in a row now. After today we are going elsewhere. The first Sunday was ok. Last week we went inside to order. Waited 20.minutes for our drinks and you were out of all muffins and bagels ( at 10 am? Really??) The person making the drinks was RUDE. She clearly got tickets out of order but was irritated when I suggested that multiple people that ordered after us were served first.
Today the same thing. Out of all bagels, most muffins and most muffin tops by 10 am! Why?? Ordered three drinks. Two were adequate incorrectly ( clearly ordered with cream and she made them without) and those two drink were horrific. Soooo bitter. Had two sips and threw it away.
I'm trying to give business to locally owned but when service is consistently bad, I am forced to go elsewhere. Not sure what's up with that Sunday staff but we will not be returning.dunkin , marys market and Starbucks not far away

The staff was friendly and answered my questions with no issues. Also, the coffee was great

Love love love their chai! This is literally the only place in town besides traditional Asian restaurants that I will get a Spiced Chai. It is so flavorful and delicious. They also have great customer service! My nephew always gets a chance to wave and say hi to the girls working at the drive thru. They treat him with such kindness. Great local cafe!!

Update - 6/15/2021
I went in today and was there for about 3 hours. Im not sure why the staff was so unpleasant today, but I definitely turned me off from returning to this location. The staff complained about the drive thru guests so loudly that I could here them in the back of the lobby. I'm extremely disappointed because I love this place, but clearly this staff needs a lesson in hospitality. No one wants to come to any business where the staff swear, yell and loudly complain about guests who ask questions about the menu.

I have been here twice now. My first time was good. They had good customer service and the coffee was great. This time, on Sunday the 17th of March at 3:30pm, the two girls working were incredibly rude. Not only did they barely acknowledge me when I was ordering but I watched the one girl playing on her phone openly at the register while a customer stood there waiting to order. These two girls shouldn’t be employed in any service role until they can learn to actually serve customers. I wish I could write a better review because the coffee is good, but bad customer service like this really ruins the experience.

I went with a group but didn't stay because I was hungry for a meal instead of sweets
The food looked great but it just isn't what I want at noon.
