Stan's Donuts & Coffee

Best donuts. Love the new donut cake. Great present for my donut loving Momma.

Customer service was horrible 1st time ever. Donut crumbs on Every table and floor, I hope they take the time to wipe every chair out in corners, because it seems like it's going down hill. I love the atmosphere, but just discussed that it won't be 2 years before it's closed.

Pricey yes, delicious definitely. Not as sweet as they look and not as sweet compared to dunkin donuts. My family did not like them. But I did! Fresh and delicious donuts. I don't need my pastries tasting like a spoonful of sugar! Great flavors and baked well! Customer service was great and very patient with me. :)

The donuts are very good, but they are out of something almost every time I'm there. They had no decaf coffee, so I canceled my order and drove away.. I don't think I will go there anymore.

I visited Orland park location. Great donuts and service. Pricey but get what you pay for. It’s a treat I loved the coffee! I was disappointed in they didn’t have the salty Carmel they discontinued it!! I ended up with the toffee it was good. Also I would have bought coffee if it was ground not beans. All the new donuts they were out of disappointing it was only 2pm. But I’ll visit again.

First time customer today 3/18/21. I was so disappointed after spending over $30.00 for a dozen donuts. I thought they would be amazing donuts to cost that much and they definitely were not. They were dry donuts at a very expensive cost. The employee who waited on me, however, should get five stars as she was quite personable and understanding when I said, "Wow"! These are really expensive donuts!

Place is new and cool atmosphere. Donuts are average at best. I got three donuts and they were all over cooked. The chocolate long John, the dough portion is nearly as dark as the actual chocolate icing. The donuts are priced at a premium compared to Dunkin or Frosted in Orland Hills. I have no problem spending money, but if I’m spending 2-3x the normal going rate for a donut, then it needs to be substantially better to keep me coming back. That unfortunately didn’t happen. Coffee was average and they don’t carry Equal. 2 stars.

Great Location and even BETTER staff! I had an amazingly,funny, joyful character by the name of Ryan that just made my day here. Will definitely be back!!!

It’s 3:06p, only three type of donuts left. I asked if there were more donuts coming out they said no. I asked when they closed, they said 8p, no more donuts coming out. The sad part? Is not the first time it happens. To makes matters worse my dad bought one, wasn’t fresh. While I waited to pay for the one donut. About 6 more customers entered, all asking for more donuts, all getting the same answer. Very bad strategy Stan’s. I wrote this review while in the store SMH.
