Stan's Donuts & Coffee

The donuts are delicious but quite pricey. I also got some breakfast sandwiches on a brioche bun but the sandwiches looked small but still tasty.

When you absolutely must pay too much for a limited selection of donuts, this is your place. Overpriced and underwhelming donuts and coffee. Do yourself a favor and drive a few blocks north. Orland Park Bakery is far better and much cheaper.

Just tried Stan's plant-based sausage croissant breakfast sandwich. Absolutely delicious! And their regular house hot coffee is excellent!

Stan's has always been good great donuts good coffee and great customer service. I have been going there since they opened. The last visit I was the only person on line and the person at the counter basically rushed me to the point that I cut down my order didn't even bother getting coffee with my order because she looked more annoyed at having to take the order.

Unique flavor of donuts, had high expectations due to reviews, I'm not a donut person, so donuts have to be really good to wow me. Purchased for hubby for Sweetest Day the plain donut, powdered donut, glazed donut and cinnamon roll one were ok. Pistachio, red velvet, and a lot of the unique ones with icing were way to sweet even for hubby and he loves sweets. Customer service was good, wait was not long. Was overpriced for an underwhelming taste. Will not visit again .update* after tasting the biscoff donut will give 1 more star..the biscoff donut was great

Delicious large gourmet donuts, more expensive than your typical donut shop but it's definitely worth it.

My cousin and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat before clinic. What should have taken 5 mins or so took 25 mins, which if it were due to being short staffed, would be understandable but that wasn’t the case.

My cousin stood in line for almost 15 mins while the lady working in the front completely ignored her. She could have just said “I’ll be with you” in however many minutes, but she kept looking at her and completely ignored her.

2 older gentleman came in to place their orders and that same lady, Jenna, went to them right away. They were confused because my cousin had been standing there and insisted my cousin be served first. My cousin asked her why she didn’t want to take her order and she was rude and dismissive.

I hate when there is bad customer service or someone rude working at an establishment. It really ruins the place for you.

Nice Interior! A coffee drink is in the ~$4 range at the time of posting. Has an excellent assortment of seating, including diner booths. Definitely a place you can sit down for a while and chat or use the WiFi.

I was introduced to Stan's years ago while in the city often. It's great they have a location in the South Suburbs. My spouse and I go to this location often. The donuts are always fresh, the staff could be a bit more friendly though sometimes. Other than that it's a good place to have some donuts and coffee. Remember if you work in the fast food service it was your choice, so be proud of what you do and if you are dissatisfied find something else. Treat each customer as you would like to be treated.
