The best local coffee shop we have with the friendliest atmosphere of any coffee shop I've attended. Awesome people, awesome coffee! I highly recommend this place to any coffee or even tea lovers, or lovers of great atmospheres with live music performances Friday evenings!

Super friendly staff that is happy to help you choose the perfect drink. Keep in mind that this is not Starbucks and you have to ask for a SWEET drink if that's what you want. Very trendy shop to sit and drink your coffee or browse the stores next door for unique items.

Crowon Brew Coffee moved to Marion! They just broke up the partnership between them, the place is completely different, the owner of the building in Carterville is now the one who runs the shop under a new name and with the help of her daughter and son. The decor has no innovation or anything special, rather than more causual tables and the chairs are as if you are in an old shop from 80s and there is no feeling of consiness or warmth. There are not enough electricity plugs, Charming paintings disappeared from the place! I understand that it is a new store and it has an error rate from young employees, but even the coffee was cold and I asked for other one again, I hope the owner of the coffee shop is to repair the shop as soon as possible before losing many of the shop's customers! Especially since she owns an antique shop, she just needs better décor, better chairs and of course the best coffee! Just redo as Crowon Brew Coffee decore did! As much as I love Crown Brew coffee, I wont go to Marion as I am from Carbondale.
In general: I feel very disappointed!

My husband and I love this place! We come here for a personalized experience and AMAZING coffee in a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by good company and great art done by local (I believe?) artisans. Give them a try!

Looking for something hip, unique, and health-and-nature-conscious? Head out to Crown Brew and get your choice of handmade and blended coffees and teas (also, hot chocolate-yum!). My favorite is the dark turtle cold brew latte with almond milk. Plus they have super comfy couches.

Always amazing food, delicious gluten free options, and drinks. Staff always friendly and available to answer any questions. Always very clean.

An insane diamond in the rough found in downtown Carterville. First, the coffee and other drinks are delicious. The ambiance is great and is a great use of an old industrial style building. The other businesses attached to Crown (Irons in the Fire and Live Simply Boutiques) are an added bonus.

Cute shop! I went in to grab my wife a present, and they were very helpful in helping me distinguish between their whole bean bags and ground coffee bag. Really helpful and not condescending to this coffee noob!

My wife is from Carterville and she had been following Crown Brew on Instagram for awhile so we decided to stop in when we were in town. It was fantastic. I had a vanilla latte and my wife had the turtle latte. We browsed the shop, and the shop next door... and I snuck back to try an espresso crafted on the manual press. It also was amazing.

My wife was impressed enough that she stalked them all the way to the Marion Farmer's Market before a work trip to buy a drink and a growler to take home.

Stop in and support these people. They're doing great things, and making great coffee.

Crown Brew is not just a coffee shop with excellent drinks, they are the perfect example of a locally owned business trying to better the community. Also, the Chai Lattes are incredible.
