Very nice and friendly staff. I'm from WV and when I come to Marion, I come here to get my coffee. This time I bought iced lattes both days. It's so good! I switched my flavor to salted caramel back at home and they figured out a way to make it for me here. It was so thoughtful!! Nicely decorated in there too. Warm and cozy feeling.

Enjoy Crown Brew a lot! I can go there alone, with friends, for study groups, and more. Drinks are top tier!!

Try out the amazingly good tasting coffee and various beverages at The Crown Brew Coffee Company!
The bean selection, roasting, freshness and presentation…all move us to truly rate The Crown as on par with the best we’ve experienced in our lives:).
Most impressive, beyond the coffee and beverages which all reach the same level taste and standard, is the people who share these amazing concoctions.
It’s all the folks at the Crown like Jacy, Levi and Kaitlyn who we appreciate so much. Each of them strives to consistently produce and provide you with the consistent highest level of quality beverage you can expect, all with genuine humble care for you.
Their smiles affect your heart, and move all of us as customers who get the opportunity to experience The Crown to only wish to return asap!
With much appreciation,
Eric and Inger:)

This place is awesome. The Mediterranean Toast is delicious and every drink has been top notch. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

Delicious coffee. We got lattes and a cappuccino. Friendly service and really pretty and calm shop. Very close to the warehouse antique mall.

Just went to the new location in Marion and I have to say, the new building is fantastic! I loved the old location and they somehow made the new one even nicer. The drinks they serve have been and still are always delicious. I also just bought a bag of beans (Guatemala roast) from them to make at home, and it is without a doubt the best cup of coffee I have ever made. One of, if not the best coffee shop in the area!

I’ve had coffee all over the country and this is one of my all time favorite places. Coffee flights, coffee cocktails, and just plain good coffee. A bit pricey (around $7 a coffee for some items) but I’m here often so it clearly isn’t a problem, but it’s worth mentioning. Great coffee in a rural town in southern Illinois. Just try it.

I went here for the first time with an out of town friend a few days ago, and it was okay, but...
I'm not sure what kind of beans they used, but they had that caramel-ish taste that I'm not a huge fan of in my latte. The drink would have been much better had it been made with a good dark roast. I don't know what my friend got, but she liked but not loved her drink.
It took twenty minutes to get our coffees because they were training a new guy. I understand the challenges in training new staff, but training needs to be balanced with customer service. The decor is pretty cool and at least my friend and I had something to talk about while we waited, and waited.
I think our experience here was best summed up by my friend when she and I were discussing our visit.... "I feel like this is one of those places I'll have to visit one or two more times before I decide whether I want to make it a place I frequent."

The Tiramisu is absolutely phenomenal !!
WiFi is fast, seats are comfortable, atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff were very patient and kind. This place is definitely worth the drive from Carbondale if you’re looking for a nice place to get some studying done!
Abundant in natural lighting which was also awesome :)

While my wife and I lived in IL, this was our favorite coffee place. Much better than any Starbucks or chain coffee bar. My wife and I would often come in just to sit and read while basking in the coffee shop ambiance, and sip on a mocha (or two). The staff were always kind, and a few of them knew my face, name, and order. Whenever we end up back in the area, this will be one of our first stops.
The mug in the picture is the only piece of crown brew I was able to take with me. By far my favorite mug!
