Food was good, atmosphere and menu are pleasantly unexpected for Lawrenceville. Our server Hannah was barely there for us after our order was taken. Her apology seemed insincere, and generally rude. Cudos to the other servers that stepped in to tend to us. I will return, but I'll be sure to get another server.

Ran out of prime rib at 7:00 on Friday. I'm not sure if this is often the case, but I was disappointed. Venue is nice. We came as a group seated in "the barn." It was cold, but was about the best they could do.

Got the beef Manhattan. Potatoes were piping hot. Meat was room temp, and the balsamic reduction was cold and really not necessary on a beef Manhattan. Kids menu was all frozen items. Bagel bites, corn dog, etc. Appetizers were very small for the price ($8.50 for the spinach artichoke dip that did not serve four people).

The cajun pasta tasted like water, the mushrooms were burnt, we didn't get any refills, chicken tenders were gross. The only good thing was the ranch.

I was hanging out one morning doodling on my computer with coffee. I went to reception to get a menu. Server comes, I ask for southern shrimp & grits. "appetizer or full size?" (the menu showed 2 shrimp for $6). "For $12 you get 4 shrimps". Come now.
I asked for a breakfast panini sandwich. "It's 10". That's when they quit serving this particular item. "Forget it, then". I looked around at the empty tables, all except one. Personnel milling about in the dining area and kitchen, idle or engaged in peripheral tasks. Bloody Hell!
And this is the second time this happened, although about a year ago I was 5 minutes late ordering. Thought they might have wised up, gave them another chance

Delicious food. But NOT child friendly. And when I say that I mean the staff seemed annoyed that I had brought children in. Food took a long time coming out. Slightly overpriced. But I’ve always enjoyed the great smells and decor.

A big city restaurant tucked away in Southwest Indiana. Great food and atmosphere!

My wife took me to Coco’s last night 11/8/18 for a pre-birthday dinner, the 18 dollar salmon salad left a lot to be desired. I honestly couldn’t find or taste any of the citrus dressing. The carrot cake (which is a favorite of ours) wasn’t near as good as normal. Which is scary thinking my wife almost purchased this 80
dollar cake as my birthday cake (that’s just a ridiculous price). But the worst thing was the 5 dollar old fashion “Thursday special” I received. It was an old fashioned in a shot glass. It literally had ice and an orange peel in it too($5)! I have never in my life seen an old fashioned served in a shot glass, and I’ve had a few, it felt like a bait and switch and it was pretty insulting!

We shared a rice and beans special. Splitting it was the perfect amount for each of us.
