Newport Coffee House

Coffe is always top notch! This morning I tried their Sausage Brioche, it is delicious 👌🏼🖤

Nice clean atmosphere (everything is white). The almond croissants (5 stars) are to die for.
Unfortunately the hot chocolate (1 star) was more like barely-not-cold chocolate and it wasn't very chocolatey. It was like the emphasis was on the foaminess rather than the chocolate.

Newport is, by far, the best coffee shop in Evanston. Their coffee tastes great and well extracted. Their pastries are also delicious, and the staff is incredibly nice. Now I personally buy my beans from Newport and I’ve produced amazing espresso at home!

Best espresso drinks in Evanston--from the roasted beans to making the shots and steaming the milk to presentation, they know how to make the perfect drink. Modern atmosphere.

Flat white was fruity, mellow, and balanced. Great coffee.

Great cafe, but both times I've been here wifi has been spotty at best, and I'm on a new macbook air. Either disconnecting or very slow, I don't expect to be doing file sharing, but would love to be able to at least be on Spotify or browse the internet reliably, deducted one star but otherwise a lovely place.

Newport Coffee House is awesome. The vibe is perfect for getting work done. The quiches are delicious. Drinks are made with care. The workers are passionate about finding you a drink that matches what you like in a coffee, and will hand craft pour over options if you talk to them about what you're interested in. Definitely worth a visit!

A lovely place. I got their espresso and vegan chocolate chip cookie. Espresso is smooth but I really enjoyed their vegan chocolate chip. Spent just under $7 altogether. Service is wonderful!

We loved Newport on Half Day Rd in Bannockburn, IL and now we love Newport in the Evanston.

We used them for our wedding and it was a total hit. They brought a coffee cart to our venue and served hot and iced coffee with milk alternatives! The baristas were incredibly nice, professional, and quick! I only dropped my review down to 4 stars because we did not get an invoice prior to the wedding. They confirmed via email that they would be there, but I was completely convinced they wouldn't show because I had not signed a contract. However, they did come and it was everything we hoped it would be!
