Excellent customer service. Chocolate croissant & iced cappuccino were ok. Atmosphere was cool & relaxed. Would return if I came back to visit.

Great place for casual meetings. Americano is really great. Ambiance is a bit more modern that the ones in Milwaukee. I guess its becuase its in Evanston! Lots of plugs, very airy and bright inside.

Nice people. I like the vibe, and when the weather is good, open windows and outdoor seating. As usual, their coffee is great, and the food is tasty and substantial. I'm so glad they've come to Chicagoland.

The food and beverages are top quality. I've recently had the pleasure of sitting inside after 18 months of not going inside because of the pandemic. Even though it was a food establishment and folks were sitting with their masks off while drinking and eating, I was pleased to see that when folks were not eating or drinking, several of them had their masks back on.

Iced oat-chata was great, decently sized drink.

Delicious latte! The sandwich was good too. Nice place to sit and have coffee with a friend or study as there were many students doing that there.

It’s nice that they offer a kid’s temp for a just warm spiced cider for my 2 y.o. It’s nice that they have a large outdoor patio. The espresso was nice flavor, but the cappuccino foam was disappointing- just like Starbucks- way too many air bubbles and froth. And the wait seemed a little long for my place in line and the little we ordered and the large number of staff behind counter. But really, I won’t be coming back because of the poor job on the cappuccino. Not worth it.

They seemed understaffed but the employees did an excellent job! It was busy but we still got our drinks quickly and it tastes delicious.

The service was really fast and nice, same for the ambiance. Such a shame my hot chocolate wasn’t exactly ´it’ for me (however I do know the place is specialized in coffee, so that’s a bit on me)

My husband and I stayed at the graduate hotel and walked here in the morning to get some coffee and breakfast, besides it being below 0 degrees when we visited we had a great time. The service was quick and nice, the breakfast and coffee was delicious!
