Great place for a hot chocolate on a cold rainy day. Has other drinks available for all types of weather.

Had some afternoon coffee and a great conversation. I love all the variety of milks/creams available.

Please use gloves when touching food! I came inside Sunday Morning since this establishment had great reviews. I will say my drink was good but was very disappointed my bakery items were handled with bare hands. I see that a precious review brought this to your attention.

I went after looking at their menu and positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I enjoyed the coffee, I got a fruity latte. The food was terrible and very expensive for what it is. I watched the person behind the counter microwave frozen pancakes and all my food was prepared without gloves and the counter space looked unkempt. If your food is all prepackaged or microwaved, at least TRY to pretend its not! Disgusting.

Came here with my family (29-May-2022) and the owner or “main” barista was obnoxious. My kids, who are young btw (9, 8 and 7), wanted stickers after purchasing drinks. Two of our kids picked out stickers and I went through the process of paying. There was no word on whether my Apple Pay went through or anything, so I assumed things were good to go. To be honest, all of this could have been avoided had the barista helping us paid attention to the transaction. My kids grabbed the stickers and we sat down to play and drink our coffee/lemonade.

A few minutes later, the main barista or “owner” (assumed she was, since she acted like she was the “authority”), obnoxiously came to our table and said in a loud, condescending tone “did your kids grab the stickers because you didn’t pay!?” Rather than make a scene, I politely followed her back to the register and took out my phone to pay with Apple Pay again. At this point I was still unaware my Apple Pay wasn’t working. I put the phone against their system and once again, this condescending barista in a loud voice and in front of other customers says “I knew it declined!” Since, my kids were around I remained calm and still paid for the stickers, rather than passing to buy it.

I will never come back to this place, especially the way my family and I were treated. A few things: 1) Did you really think we were going to steal your stickers after we just purchased from you?!! Not only that, we stayed, if we were going to be shady why would we stay?!!!!; 2) Maybe try a different approach with other customers rather than being impolite and accusatory?? Or 3) Did you assume because we were of color - we did steal the stickers??

I guess what was the point announcing to other customers the card was declined? It’s not like I couldn’t afford it, I still paid your damn six dollars! Not only that, you didn’t even accuse me - you came over to our table to accuse my kids of taking them! You essentially, accused them of stealing. You def did the most here.

In reality, I feel sorry for you. You looked at a family who was supporting a local business and just purchased from you, and assumed they stole because they were colored or stole because they couldn’t afford it.

I've been here twice in the last couple of months and I love their latté's. The menu also offers a flight of 4 drinks, which changes with the season. Naturally being a coffee fanatic, I had to try the flight during the holiday season. I was not disappointed. The coffee tastes lovely, the matcha drink in the flight was delicious, as well as the chai latté. The staff have been quick, kind, and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back!

Went there to use a gift card I was given
3 people we sitting at the counter and the worker behind the counter was in full conversation with them. Did not
acknowledge my presence. Was not greeted. After 5 minutes the worker said hello but not in a friendly manner. Two more people entered the cafe . They also were not greeted. After another 5 minutes they worker behind the counter said it will be a while. After two minutes they two individuals walked out and I followed.
Not good service not sure if I'll ever go back

Eastside never disappoints! Kate and her staff are amazing!

Decent coffee and breakfast snacks!

I honestly prefer going here over elder and oat.

It does take a little longer to get your drinks and food during peak hours (weekend mornings), so don’t come here if you are in a rush. Be kind to the hard working staff when they get overloaded.

Stopped here after looking at the good reviews and was highly disappointed. Iced latte tasted like it was all milk. They only had large cups and must not have added the extra shots to accommodate the larger size. They had no idea what the gluten free bakery items were when asked. Girl getting my bakery order ready touched one of them with her bare hands when putting it in the bag. Gross. Never again.
