Peet's Coffee

This is the best coffee/tea shop ever!! The employees are amazing... very sweet, pleasant and smiling! A very clean and comfortable ambient location.

Very rude employees. We were entering, and the women shouting at us, we are closed, not serving. Never had that kind of experience. Avoid.

We just go there to buy the beans. We enjoy it at home.
When you do they offer a free cup of coffee, which is nice.
Can't comment on anything else at this time.

Chill staff, great atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and a perfect place to study and get work done for those who like a decent amount of sound in the background. Great coffee and cookies are also a plus!

Although it's a chain it doesn't feel like one. It feels like a neighborhood cafe. The coffee is super good. The atmosphere is laid back. The brekky sammies are good too.

Love the look of this cafe. Came here to study and it was a perfect place to do so. Watching the people get off the metra just across the street and seeing the hustle and bustle of downtown downers grove was soothing.

Think we all forget Alfred Peet taught Starbucks how to roast decades ago. They maintain the character of an earthy connected cafe despite their corporate growth. The people are great and unpretentious. The food has a more wholesome aspect to it and you can't beat access to the train. As a side note... help me make the triple or doppio con Panna a popular drink again.

The coffee was good, didn’t find it anything to wow about. The location, staff and atmosphere were fantastic! It does tend to get a little crowded on the weekends.

Staff is always friendly. Great tea options (iced and hot) and I like some of their healthier food options. (I don't drink coffee, so I cannot speak to that point.)
