Peet's Coffee

Good robust coffee a very good alternative to the usual ones. I really like this place, free WI-FI, good coffee and friendly staff. The only drawback is the parking. It's hard to find parking in Downtown Downers Grove the police are always scanning plates and handing out tickets.

Good coffee, certainly better that the one from Seattle across the train tracks. Great pastries in the morning. Lots of space. Internet is so so, but not terrible. There's always parking lot front. Real coffee shop feel.

Great location near the station & cute shops in a wee little downtown area of Downers Grove. With all the drinks and sweets we've come to love from Peets. If you're a fan of this coffee house chain, you'll feel right at home.

A surprising gem in downtown Downers Grove close to everything. Grab a cup of coffee and work for a while or pick up a bag of some of Pete's best roasts. Very warm environment and great friendly staff. Management was very helpful in picking out a pound to go!

Favorite chain coffee shop in Chicagoland lucky enough to have one near home. Staff is always nice and cheerful and manager it's always around helping out.

Great service and location. Coffees are smooth and far less bitter than competitors. Perfect for getting a fast cup for the train or relaxing and getting some work done. Great natural light and good Wi-Fi.

I’ve been coming here before it was Peet’s Coffee and have enjoyed this place ever since. Coffee is spot on, the interior is cozy, and the location is great. Overall there is nothing I can complain about. I’ll continue to use this place as a meeting place.

This is some of the best coffee I have ever had. I love coming here, it reminds me of all the time I spent living and visiting in the bay area. Love that it is so close to the library and the kids and I could come in for a snack and read. It gets really crowded though.

They don't have frappucinos or some alternative icy, sugary beverage like Starbucks does. I will say, friendly staff, and it has most of your general coffee beverages that you'd expect. Mostly hot beverages, a few cold ones. Relaxed atmosphere inside. I've only been there in the evenings, around 8 or 9 pm. It's not overwhelmingly busy at that time, but it's not empty either and a lot of seats are taken.
Once, they accidentally made me a hot drink when I asked for an iced one. They quickly made me a new one and let me take the hot one too.
I asked for a Peet's sticker, got it, and put it on my laptop! :) reppin' Peet's!
