Great atmosphere, excellent food (especially the flat bread pizza). Great selection of wine. Will definitely go back!!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. Whether it’s to get work done with a cup of coffee, or to split a bottle of wine over a s’mores board with a friend - Aroma has it all. Best customer service in town.

I love this neighborhood coffee shop! Delicious coffee ( perfection) and a nice assortment of breakfast/ lunch type foods! Also, the owner is very engaging with customers. Stop by next time you’re in Crystal Lake. You won’t be disappointed.

Been here 3 times so far and love it every time, the coffee, tea, food, and wine is all excellent, as is the very relaxed atmosphere and the people working there. I always look forward to going here! Would highly recommend.

Have been here a dozen times already since it opened. The atmosphere is perfect, the owners (and family) are amazing. They made our valentine day date there so special. Definitely a new home for me!

What a great place! Awesome staff! We enjoyed a bottle of wine while listening to a band then finished it off with a great cup of coffee. Love the furnishings and decor. Will definitely be back!

Good food, coffee, tea, wine. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Bring your school work, get a glass of wine. Can't think of a better way to study.

I (Kim) was here april 26th with my sisters-in-law. It was the first time we've been together, sans kids, husbands, etc in about 6 years.

The decor is beautiful. It's a very visually pleasing place to gather.

The food was great- I ordered the grain bowl and was offered a substitute for an ingredient they ran out of, then happened to still receive the dish as described plus the substitute. My sister-in-law ordered the chicken avocado flatbread, and it was filling and delicious. She waited at least 45 min for it though...

They were very clearly swamped, and somehow my ticket got lumped with another and my order was passed. I waited an hour for my food, and when the owner(s) realized, they were horrified. They cooked it immediately, comped the meal, threw on a desert, and were extremely apologetic. I had been a little frustrated, but patient, and appreciated their attentiveness when they realized what happened. The food was great and the atmosphere pleasant. I will return when I'm in town again!

I wished that this new coffee shop will meet my expectations, but unfortunately it didn't.
The menu looks nice and sounds good, but doesn't taste great, but still ok. Coffee - is not what I would like to have at coffee house. I am a picky customer when it comes to quality of my coffee drink, and I'm not a fan of Starbucks either, but I know for sure how Flat White coffee should look like and tastes like, and when it's that watery and milky, it's not impressive. Maybe I am spoiled by Calibre coffee shop or Daily project coffee shop, and etc., but still, this coffee shop really need to improve the quality of their coffee drinks and variety of baked goods to become a great and really popular spot in Crystal lake. . And the open door from Nail salon right in the middle of cafe is not a good idea at all, because that not very pleasant smell comes right through the door and could spoil the coffee shop atmosphere!
