One of the best places to buy coffee beans. If you are a coffee lover then this place is a must. If you just drink coffee, then this place might upgrade your coffee experience. It is nice to have so many interesting options of coffees to chose from.

I live 20 minutes away, but when we are in the area this is a must stop to pick up coffee.

They also make specialty drink on site. I've enjoyed all of the drinks I had here.

This is a great place to buy a gift for those that are hard to shop for.

After returning to this store I decided to amend my review. The service was excellent this time around (as it has been all but the one time which I referenced below), and the selection of coffees and teas is outstanding. I gave it 4 stars because while they serve coffee over the counter, there is no place to sit and enjoy it. However, it isn’t a cafe; it’s a shop that sells everything you need to make the best coffee and tea at home. I will definitely return often to replenish my supply.

Shop here often, and the products are good. However, there’s never a good reason to ignore a customer. I went in today, and told the clerk I needed help. Not only didn’t he offer to help me, he completely ignored me. So I said it again louder, and still nothing. The other patrons heard me, so I know he did as well.

I used to go here to get tea quite sporadically. With COVID it came to be my regular place to get beans and leaves. I’d look through the online catalog, call in and place my order over the phone and then drive up and they pass it to you out the back door with no line and no wait. Best of all, NO COVID RISK! If restaurants did this then I’d likely have ordered out more through these times.

We were in pursuit of some quality coffee beans due to a new espresso maker we recieved and we found this gem!
The variety was incredible and customer service, even better. This is an authentic little coffee and tea shoppe that I will forever come too. Dont change a thing!

We love coffee! We love the C&TE coffee. We always order 10 pounds - 8 French Roast regular and 2 decaf. My wife accidentally poured the decaf in our morning coffee canister. We NEVER tasted the difference and explained away the ‘morning headache’ ... until we looked for the decaf one evening and it wasn’t there. Great coffee!! Thank you!!

Small, local mom & pop coffee shop . . . count me in. Coffee & Tea Exchange has a great selection of beans that you can purchase whole or have ground. The quality is just as good (or better) than what you get from Intelligentia but reasonably priced. They also sell fresh spices in quantities you might actually go through. Wonderful, local business I'm happy to support.

Great place to grab bulk coffee, tea, and supplies! The staff are helpful and kind. Great COVID safety — they let only a few people in at a time and have closed off most of the store. You can order ahead as well.

This is my coffee and tea place. I buy spices here sometimes too. Knowledgeable staff, great service. Ready to drink coffee and tea menu too. Awesome selection. You can order online too, but I'd rather visit since I'm local and can avoid shipping charges.
