Passion House has great coffee. The atmosphere is chill. But it's very expensive. The espresso drinks, although tasty, are small and leave you wanting another. After paying $3.50 for one it gets expensive. The small to go cups need proper sipping lids.. not plastic sauce bowl lids.

Passion house is such a great little coffee shop! They make delicious coffee. I dinged a Star because for some reason they only offer one size which doesn’t really make much sense to me.

Also, their sweet potato latte no longer had a toasted marshmallow :(

Very good coffee, but the place tends to have loud music in a small space. Not conducive to chatting out working while drinking your coffee. However, they generally have a few different roasts you can try for espresso or pour over, and they do a great job with it.

Amazing coffee and great friendly staff. Highly recommend their Lavender Latte. Delicious!! I love visiting different coffee shops because everyone has their own personal uniqueness. This place has great seating by the window. Lovely tables.

Ok, if you're a serious fan of high quality coffee and high quality people, this place is for you. The staff is particularly well-versed in the coffee arts and are also deeply kind. Luke, the manager of the shop, puts a lot of thought and care into leading his team, and they're all fantastic. The recently redone space is beautiful and elegant, and great for meeting friends or working.

I love coffee and this is prob top 3 in Chicago. The only thing is they are pretty pricey for what you get. House cup which is regular sized only comes with one refill for a pretty expensive cup. Other shops tend to be a bit more generous. The settings are OK and the staff is pretty friendly.

Visited for the very first time on Friday evening 6pm, the two girls working at the store had no customer service skills.
Store closes at 7pm but they kept pushing my friends and I to order quickly, though we did not take more than 5 minutes to decide as a group.
All three lattes were average taste wise, drink wasn’t warm enough and the girls reminded us that they close at 7pm and gave us our drink in to go cups. It basically felt like they were both waiting to lock the place and head out and we were the three people who stopped that from happening.
Also the table space we occupied as a group was dirty with crumbs from cookie or some eatable. The least they could do before closing the place is clean it up.
Overall disappointing experience, people walk into coffee shops like yours to support local businesses, and not walk in to a Starbucks where your drink is exactly served the way you requested.
No matter how cliched or mechanical
I guess end of the day one can at least rely on getting beverages with consistent taste from chains.

The coffee was good and staff was friendly. They have a good amount of seating available and the overall atmosphere is chill.

I have known the Passion House team for several years. Their commitment to coffee is second to none - from sourcing the best beans to lovingly coaxing the best flavor from those beans in the roasting process, to finally creating an amazing cup of coffee, this shop was long overdue. Strongly recommended. Don't miss it.

Super innovative specialty drinks and fun atmosphere! Was a little cold when I was visiting, but besides that it was great! Staff extremely friendly too. It's a smaller place though so seating might be hard if it's packed, but it was just right when I visited. :)
