Querky cafe that also doubles as a retailer, I thought that the drink offerings were very unique. It also being a retailer, makes it a bit more difficult to concentrate and get work done and it does close a bit earlier compared to other cafes. Ambience is nice regardless and they offered an interesting selection of goods. My wife bought a bottle of locally made lotion which smelled amazing, so if that kind of stuff is your thing then definitely give Nomad a visit.
This place is the absolute cutest. They have such unique latte flavors (which is what truly keeps bringing me back) and the shop itself is beautiful with so many unique items. Definitely worth stopping in just to look around and grab a latte if nothing else. Bonus! They have donuts on the weekend!
As a fellow digital nomad, I was intrigued by the inviting atmosphere of Nomad Chicago coffee shop. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I was told I couldn't use my laptop. While I can understand their concern about people overstaying their welcome, I think there might be a more accommodating solution. Perhaps limiting Wi-Fi access to a certain number of hours or offering a minimum purchase requirement for laptop users could be a solution that benefits everyone. Overall, while the cool decor was impressive, the laptop policy didn't align with the shop's name or appeal, leaving me disappointed and unlikely to return.
I’m in love with the interior design so elegant. I just came for coffee and it was good. If I have a meeting I will definitely choose this place to do it there. I like the seating part. They have cute and unique things. Glad to find it.
Passed this place many times on my way to the Brown Line, but finally stopped in today. I got an iced honey latte and it was perfect! The aesthetic and boutique items are really cute too.
My internet went out and i needed a place to work so I went here. It is very beautiful! The perfect spot to get some work in.
There is a store inside and it has some really nice items. I’d definitely recommend this place!
The only thing that disturbed me is I decided to purchase a drink since it was such a lovely spot and great convenience to me - but the cashier was quite rude. I stood in front of him as he had his headphones in and ignored me standing there. I had to ask him if he could take my order. Even when he did he talked extremely low, seemed annoyed and when i asked if they had Apple Pay he ignored me - i asked again and he just pointed to the pin pad.
There were two ladies behind the counter working as well. They were great! They spoke when i walked in and often looked around checking in on people.
My drink was great and I was able to work there comfortably, but my encounter with the man behind the cashier was unpleasant.

Really cute coffee shop. Also it’s a store as well.
I got their season drink, something with pumpkin. It was good.
I also got a pastry and it was really good.

It was just breathtaking! Everyone should stop in and just take in the atmosphere, the coffees, jewelry, gifts from places you wouldn’t expect.
