Inventive and tasty coffee choices with a relaxed atmosphere and warm staff

This coffee shop is wonderful. Its authenticity is clear and unique, and it feels homey. Their coffee drinks are wonderful, and a great spot to sit and read, chat, or do some work. I am very glad my friend brought me here.

I’m from out of town but come to Chicago to visit friends pretty frequently. I always love coming to Jackalope - great outside seating, friendly staff. Good coffee and their food is awesome too. Great to check out if you’re in the area!

I had the cyclops (bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel) and a vanilla shake and they were delicious! The entire store has really cute decor as well. Will definitely be back.

Awesome space to do work in! Accessible outlets, great friendly staff every time I come in, & an awesome environment.
Honestly, coffee prices are pretty standard compared to chain coffee shops, so I don’t mind giving my money to this place! The breakfast sandwiches are at a great price and always delicious.

This place is dope. Their sandwiches are all different mythical creatures. The coffee is very good. They have a great environment, with local artist work on the walls. They do close pretty early, but what doesn't in South Chicago?

It's fine I guess, but the food and drink was just okay. It wasn't anything special and it wasn't cheap enough to not be special. That doesn't mean that it wasn't affordable, just that it was all kind of blah and not worth making a special trip for. Overall, if you're looking for a coffee and breakfast, you can get it here, but if it's not conveniently located for where you are or where you're going, detour somewhere else.

Fun hidden gem in Bridgeport with one-of-a-kind mugs, fun furniture, and a good variety of both "typical" and out of the box drinks and sandwiches. I've loved everything I've tried. The staff is friendly and great at what they do. Only con is that it gets super busy because everyone wants to hang out there, but I guess that's not really a con. :)

This cafe is a gem. The drinks are great and they have a fairly large sandwich menu. The interior is ecentric and fun, and doubles as a gallery show casing local artists. Plus everyone is always friendly here! Dogs are welcome inside while you order your drink.

Tasty sandwich, coffee will definitely wake you up. Comfy and calm vibes in the shop too. It was definitely very nice for a random choice for coffee in the morning
