Extremely good espresso shots - deeply flavored and a few notches above others I’ve had.

Their drip coffee was good too, though too hot so I had to wait for it to cool to really taste the flavors of the beans.

Didn’t get any baked goods but I’d come back to try those.

Really love the vibe and menu at Hexe!

Their main blend coffee is really well balanced and enjoyable. They have many bakery options that are Vegan and Gluten Free. The baristas are helpful and kind. The outdoor seating is comfy and in a great location to soak up some sun in the morning.

Tasty coffee and bagels/sandwiches. Big selection of beer, alcoholic drinks and bites. Love their outdoor seating area and that they serve coffee all day. Always a fast and very friendly service

Love Hexe. the barrel aged cold brew is amazing, they make excellent lattes, one of the best vegan sandwiches in Chicago (roasted mushroom and red pepper, etc.) and they made one of the best Irish Coffee cocktails I've had that I could enjoy on their patio listening to Italian folk music. Plus, their building is beautiful and decor is whimsical gothic. I really enjoy sipping coffee and walking around looking at all the framed pieces inside.

They have a delicious hazelnut latte! Friendly baristas and overall a great vibe. I can't wait to visit in the summer and enjoy their outdoor patio.
FYI it's not a quiet place to study, bring headphones! It's a great place to meet up with friends to catch up however!

Adding another 5-star review to this well-managed joint. Better than your usual Starbucks. Excellent coffee and specialty cocktails crafted at a fair price. First time trying their Hot Toddy and Irish Coffee. Will be sure to try others next time.

Love the atmosphere and how dark it was. It was a cold day when I went so I got the Irish coffee to warm up and it was amazing. Also had to pick-up a bag to take back home with me and had to grab one of the cakes cause how could you not

This is going to be my new coffee spot absolutely love everything about the vibe and coffee here. Plus there's parking behind the building. The coffee I got to try was Blood Witch, it's totally delish with a sweet, citrus, floral flavor. The bakery options are incredible. Hope to see Keto friendly treats in future!!!!

This is our most favorite coffee shop in Chicago. It is located in the Roscoe Village, Lakeview area. It's patio is the biggest and most amazing patio in Chicago by far. Hexe coffee shop is not your ordinary stop. It offers regional Chicago beers and amazing summer cocktails! My favorites are the Ginger-Lemon Kombucha beer by Luna Bay, the iced Irish coffee and the iced brew Bourbon barrel coffee, brewed in-house by Hexe's owner! The bakery goods are to-die-for! Also, made in-house by an amazing baker, whom bakes to everyone's preferences. Definitely worth checking out!

One of my new favorite places, has a great gothic industrial aesthetic and a great range of coffee drinks, including alcoholic based ones. They sell growlers of cold brew and various local beers as well.

The flavor of the coffee is really nuanced and complex and their baked goods are really creative and equally as tasty as the coffee.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and a high focus on COVID safety, which was appreciated.
