Wonderful coffee and snacks! Lots of different types of seating (small tables, larger long tables, couches). You're greeted when you walk in. The music is very loud so it's not an ideal to get a lot of work done if you have trouble concentrating. The food will keep me coming back though!

I was just there about 20 minutes or so ago and ordered a Chai and pop tart.
The chai was great! Nice and spicy which I like, but I'm disappointed about the pop tart because about half of the underside of the pop tart was soggy :[ It tasted good, but yea, soggy :[

It’s such a shame that the food is so delicious because it’s always about 45 minutes before I get it and you have to wait outside while there is literally no one inside. I understand covid regulations but they just don’t let you order until they’re done chatting. I love the food and coffee but the way the place is run is god awful.

One of the best bagels I’ve had in Chicago

I actually complimented the staff on my way out. They spelled names correctly, service was prompt, they even knew where all members of our party were. The teamwork here is what managers dream of. And the coffee was tops.

I live across the street from this coffee shop and come in at least once a week, sometimes more. They have good coffee, great sandwiches, and the staff are all friendly and genuine which says a lot. Can get a little busy on weekends but the line moves quickly

Every time I order the Hero bagel they mess it up. This time it was completely burnt, the bread is black and rock hard. Who wants to eat a rock hard bagel? They also left off the slice of cheese they charge extra for, again. I don’t have the energy to always go back and ask for it to be remade. I paid $9 for this bagel, so extremely frustrated that I can’t trust it to be made correctly.

Went here specifically to try one of their seasonal drinks listed on their website, when I got there I was told they don’t have that drink at this location but it lists it online as if they still have it at this specific location (but not at any other). I was very disappointed because I don’t drink coffee and this was the only drink I wanted to try. Their veggie bagel was good though.
