Love Colectivo (love its hometown of Milwaukee as well). Friendly and fast team, lots of flexible space indoors and outdoors to just hang or work for a bit while enjoying a a quick treat or light lunch.

I’m always ordering coffees here. And they ALWAYSSSSS always forget to use oat milk instead of regular.. always the measurements of sweetness is different, I order same coffee but sometimes it’s too sweet or not sweet at all. So disappointed, because I love Colectivo coffee, I spent $7 on coffee and get every time not what I ordered 😑2 stars for service..

the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. when I have asked whether they have unwashed / natural process beans they are not confused what I'm asking about, and can speak to the characteristics of each. the outdoor area has a good amount of distanced seating. their coffee is very good, both what they serve and when you get a bag of takeaway. they also offer curbside pickup

This place is lacking an efficient order system. First experience is that they gave me someone else's sandwich. Fine, things happen... But on the second note, I always order a simple flat white that takes two minutes to make but I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes for it even though there is only two orders in a que like yesterday. It was painful to watch this poor person spending about 20 minutes on three cups of coffee one of which was just a simple iced black coffee. Then, she slowly scanned my coffee and wanted to put it on a back counter where orders wait for someone to call them and pass to the client. Like why??? That's the only thing I ordered!! Thirdly, I asked for an extra hot coffee, but the person at the register ignored it. So I paid $5 bucks for spending there 20 minutes on my Saturday afternoon waiting, while not even getting what I ordered and it's not the first time.
They need new management and maybe a master class from Starbucks!

Amazing coffee with super friendly workers! Ordered the oat milk nitro latte and that was definitely a great start to the day. Love supporting local cafes and just talking with the workers. Skipped school to try out the cafe and thrift shop today with a friend... Turns out that wasn't such a great idea cause missing school to go to a cafe is not a valid reason. Who knew parents don't like you to skip school for coffee. Definitely will be back once I get ungrounded though! (not on a school day) Colectivo is such a cool place and has awesome coffee!!
