Best coffee, best owners, you can never go wrong at Bae

My husband and I are super happy to have this coffee shop so close. The coffee is great and the owner is so welcoming. We will definitely be making stopping in for a cup a regular part of our routine ☺️

I left this place feeling unwelcomed and sad. I don't want anyone else to feel as awful as I do right now.

If you want a cafe to grab one drink, take a photo, and leave, you’ll love Bae. If you want to feel welcomed and read or write, go somewhere else.

Pros:
- Tasty sugary drinks

Cons:
- People with laptops are kicked out on weekends
- Only allowed to stay for 1 hour
- Not a good place to do work
- Pastries are cold, stale, and overly sugary

Enjoyed my first stop here! It was the perfect place to warm up and enjoy coffee and snack for a few minutes. The house made vanilla syrup in my latte was lovely, and the biscuit with jam was a great pairing. Staff was so warm and welcoming. Looking forward to going back.

I come every Friday morning, it’s kind of like my treat at the end of the week. Owners are super super friendly and always happy to see you. Coffee is delicious too!!

This adorable gem just opened up in Lake View East and I couldn’t be more excited. Super cute aesthetic, really good coffee and very kind staff. Keep in mind the place is small and seating is limited, so it’s better for a quick coffee date than a post-up-and-work day.

We are already on our second order of this glorious coffee. Finally, we have found a roast my husband and I can agree on! In these times when we’re making most of our coffee at home, we are both very excited have a gourmet experience every morning.

This coffee is incredible. Not only is the taste soooo wonderful, but the packaging and branding is so cute and aesthetically pleasing, and knowing it’s locally roasted is the cherry on top. Can not recommend Bae enough- I’m obsessed. 🎉☕️🎉☕️
