Gloria Jean's Coffees Chicago Ridge Mall

My sister loves this spot. But I don't know! My coffee tasted disgusting. I didn't even bother to drink half of it. My sister was OK with hers.

Tried something new, pistachio chiller, it was awful it just didn't taste like pistachios. I asked if I could get something else and was told no unless something was wrong with the drink, I said it was my first time getting it I wouldn't know if anything is wrong with it besides that it doesn't taste like pistachios it just tastes bad. I was told no I can't exchange and no refund. If that's your policy you should put up a sign of it.... Waste of money.

The food looked great

They are amazing. The coffee is absolutely delicious. Best coffee around.

The service was good and quick. But I got the English Toffee Chiller and I didn't like it. I will try them again though.

Great service the manager gives you great service i try to go some st every day for my matcha before u start work fast service too.

Last time a tried Gloria Jean's was more than 20 years ago back in my country. Coffee is good, fast service and nice people.

Coffee was good, Workers were nice, even gave me extra carmel and chocolate drizzle for rezzel.

Best coffee ever! Wish there was more locations
