Gloria Jean's Coffees Chicago Ridge Mall

The employees are friendly and helpful. The London fog latte is delicious. Also, their pumpkin latte (seasonal) is way better tasting than Starbucks.

Crepe was ok but they quite a variety of items and food.

Honestly love the drinks here but even then, they're still over priced. Drinks are more expensive than Starbucks!! Most of their employees that I've encountered are friendly but their manager is rude. His sense of humor is horrible and charged me for a medium even though I told him small many times!! Don't come whenever he is there.

Red velvet chiller is sooo good

Ordered a mocha ice coffee. Whip cream and chocolate syrup. Not bad, not over the top. Pastries looked good too. Mall crowded, but there wasn't too many people in there.

Greeted by a young lady with a smile. The young man who took care of me was a complete opposite. Didn't like his customer service. I do hope he has a better day. Be happy.Too pricey!

Jan 1 2019, the charge to my credit card was only approx 46 dollars, I'm glad the store recognized it's error in the erroneous price quote.
I stopped in on Saturday around 3pm , bought a mug 16.99 , ice coffee 4.90 and a bag of the flavored Vanilla Carmel Madagascar coffee beans (you won't know the price till after they ground it ) so I go to the register and my bill is quoted 64.00
For What? How much was the ground coffee, my mistake ..i assumed it was approx 20.00
So I questioned the coffee, was told it was 40.00

Well I have never paid so much for a bag of coffee, so said that's ok, I'll just take the mug and iced coffee, that's when the cashiers smile became frozen, as she said through stiff lips...'its already been ground.
Well I said, there are no prices and the staff that ground the coffee should have told me prior to grounding it that it's a 40.00 dollar bag of coffee, or maybe they charge you 20.00 for grounding it.
Now, I went ahead and paid it after giving them a warning about tricking their customer's into deceptive pricing.
I wanted to do the honorable thing in our LORDS eyes, as I could have walked out and left everything.
So beware when you shop there, ask prices if you get the bag of coffee off the shelf .

Gloria Jean's Coffee Beans has some of the tasting coffee. Also, I purchased a slice of cheese caske that was 👍.

Read an article regarding the best iced coffee. Indeed Gloria Jean's ice coffee was excellent. Can't wait to drink it again.

What is there not to love. They have a variety of coffees, variety of flavors along with tasty pastries. You may also find a coffee mug of your liking or tea set. Great place!
