Great food, awesome environment and great customer service. Can be a little crouded but that is the charm of the cafe. Can get a little pricey if you come with the family but is definitely worth it.

Our meal was anything but right. We were served mini brats sausage. Our eggs were cooked over hard not over easy. The toast was burned. The hashbrowns tasted as if they were reconstituted dehydrated potatoes. Service was mediocre.
The utensils are in containers on the tables to serve yourself. Not very sanitary considering what we have been dealing with the last couple of years.
We will not be repeat customers.

The best fruit ever with my French toast

Love this place so much. Food is always changing and the classics like the Biscuits&Gravy continue to be delicious. Great service every time especially this time when they took the extra mile to prepare a fresh cup of coffee when they had just run out for the day. Honestly would have been ok with leftover cold brew, but omg that coffee hit the spot.

Being from out of town, I had no idea what to expect. This place was DELICIOUS, the food was so fresh and was definitely homemade. The prices are very reasonable and the staff went above and beyond for us. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

A true hidden gem. First off. Some of the best sourdough bread I’ve ever had. Had to eat it plain to savor the flavor. Also, the chef truly knows their eggs. Hard to find a place that will actually cook eggs both “over easy” and “over medium” in two different dishes when you ask for it that way. Probably the first breakfast restaurant I’ve EVER been to that cooked the eggs the way we asked. Truly came out perfect. Delicious El Pastor hash. Biscuits and gravy were great. Super fluffy biscuit. Oh and good pastries too. Delicious blueberry lemon Bundt cake and super yummy chocolate scones.

This is a great breakfast cafe! From the minute my wife and I walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and “good mornings”, which is nice when you’re out of town. They have Great coffee and FANTASTIC food! The have all the pastries you want. And the HOMEMADE jam/jelly was delicious. I ordered the Mex-aho potato skillet and it was the best breakfast I’ve had all trip. Of course they had their signature Idaho potato with a Mexican flare. Delicious! 100% will go back and recommend for great food and a great experience! Thanks!

The Mac n Cheese is stellar really worth it. The bottled root beer is insanely good if you like sweet drinks. Staff was very friendly.

Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE!! It took the waitress 20 min just to bring our drinks and still managed to forget to bring coffee for my brother-in-law after waiting another 10 mins he had to go to the counter and ask for a cup of coffee which turned into another ridiculous situation. We then waited for over an hour before our meals were served!! We asked multiple times when our meals would be served and we were given multiple excuses. When we did receive our food an hour plus later and has finished eating there was lots of confusion over the separate bill's and the waitress was very rude and made some very unprofessional comments. The manager/owner came over to our table after the waitress had behaved very badly and we expressed our frustrations with the whole situation. She apologized for the waitress and told us that due to the busy day they had to stop seating customer's and stopped cooking meals until they were caught up with previous orders!! Mean while not one time were we informed of what was going on with the delay or even given the option to continue waiting for our food or to pay for our drinks and leave. The manager/owner apologized again and said she was sorry that it just happened to turn into "the perfect storm" for our party!! Not once did she offer a discount or try to do something to make amends for the horrible service we were given, we were simple given an apology that really was meaningless and insincere. Everyone in our group commented that none of us would ever return to this establishment due to the horrible service we received in spite of the food being fairly good or would we ever recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

I don't know if people can be too nice, but the people at Butter are soooo friendly it's notable. On top of that having a spectacular breakfast made for the perfect outing.
My buddy had the Breakfast Bowl, (which he had ordered before, so it has to be good). I had what can best be described as an omelet sandwich on some exotic bread with cheese and huckleberry jam. The jam was unsweetened and blended beautifully with the other flavors. It was delicious! They have excellent coffee too.
Did I mention that the wait staff are charming?
If you're anywhere near Victor (even if you have to drive from Jackson, WY) you don't want to miss having at least one breakfast at Butter.
