One of the few mom and pop places left that truly feel cozy. The staff is always friendly and the dining room has always been clean. And the food speaks for itself! Always satisfied when we eat here 😊

Good food, good prices, great service. I highly recommend this local gem. They have the best diner coffee in Twin Falls. I have never been disappointed.

I have always been a fan of Norms but today just reaffirmed it! Had a rather larger to-go order. There must have been another 6 tables, another to-go order, and only 2 young women working. They were killing it! Taking orders, answering calls, cooking amazing food!

This place is great! Imagine grandma's home cooking on a Sunday... Imagine down-home country goodness on a plate... This is it!

I was especially impressed with how much of the menu is HOME-MADE. Chicken fried steak was breaded and fried with some stringy bits that were reminiscent of handmade breakfast. My wife had the chicken soup. Broth was thick, flavorful, and ful of vegetables. My kids had the spaghetti. The sauce was that wonderful tangy off-color that comes from using real (not canned) tomatoes.

If you ever make it to Twin Falls HIT THIS PLACE UP!!!

Great food, great service. Definitely best home cookin’ place I’ve been to here in the valley! Always willing to accommodate when we’ve brought large groups in also.

Place was busy!!!! Short wait. Excellent customer service- friendly and helpful.
Standard menu with several different options added.
We had the Chili and Cheese Omelette = excellent
Service was amazing! Place was packed and yet our server was terrific!!
My Biscuit and Gravy was delicious

I went to Norm's for the first time today and loved it. It's a small, no frills kind of diner, just the way I like it! I ordered a Sun Valley omelet and I dare say it was the best omelet I've ever had. Their home made jam is amazing too. Staff was friendly! I'm pretty sure the girl making the rounds with coffee never let my cup get below half full! I wish I was local and could enjoy this place more.

Truly a family diner. 5 generations working while we were there. Great food, great people!
