Disappointed with the service as well as the coffee. When you spend $5 - $6 on coffee, you expect it to be drinkable. Not sure if it's the employees lack of care, lack of training or lack of a quality product. There are better options in town for a good cup of coffee.

I was not overly impressed with the coffee, it was a little bitter and lacked the depth and body I prefer. They have a lot of gluten free treats that were good, the staff was friendly and location was ideal.

Good coffee, espresso, lattes, etc and breakfast. Just started a paleo diet and menu had items that met my requirements, even some paleo cranberry bread that was tasty. I also enjoyed the Jordan for breakfast. Starbucks is a block away, but this place is much, much better including drinks, food, and atmosphere.

Love local coffee shops and this one is awesome. Fresh baked goods, great coffee and drink selection and awesome vibe. Wish we had one back in Colorado!

I love supporting local coffee shops, but this one was average. The veggie burrito had a strange amalgamation of flavors. The coffee was good, not great.

They didn't seem ready for the day!? Confused and not sure. Waited a long time for food. Which was terrible. Microwave biscuits & gravy, I soon found out.

My husband got me a mocha for me and it was just coffee and coconut milk. What's going on Hailey coffee company? You guys haven't been as good as usual?! Disappointed.

Coffe, meh. People, very meh. Walked in, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Mainly all that was said as my total bill. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect to be swooned, but a simple hello would have sufficed here.

Second worker was sitting in the back on their phone.

Simple niceties can go a long way. Don’t feel the need to stop back.

The customer service would be laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating. Barista got our order wrong 4 different ways. Eggs were cold and soggy. Figure it out.

This is a great location, cozy and laid back place to enjoy java and a pastry. Coffee was robust and hot. Cappuccino was perfect! Staff was friendly and prompt.
