Hailey Coffee Co (Ketchum)

Supposed to be a coffee roaster, but the barrista's are definitely not trained. Listening to them steaming the milks hurt my ears, foam sucked. The espresso was also super bitter, definitely ground incorrectly. Definitely comparable quality to the starbucks across the street.

Lovely little coffee shop and they’ll make you a custom breakfast burrito. Mine was epic.

Well, the food was good and the staff is polite. The prices are high even for Ketchum and the portions are small. I don’t really care for restaurants that have you pay when you order and tip before you have received any food or service. Although I agree with it, I didn’t care for the negative political message on the chalkboard wall. They do have really good coffee.

We stayed at Hotel Ketchum and it was so nice to have breakfast from Hailey Coffee Co. there each morning. They were new to this spot but each day it kept getting better and better! We are so glad they were open and we had breakfast vouchers to use each day. It made our stay so easy each morning! We will be back!

Really upsetting experience here. Called ahead to get our order in and the man on the phone was extremely rude and short with me. Tried to be friendly and chipper but couldn’t change his mood.
Once we got to their cafe to pickup our coffee & breakfast, the gal checking us out also gave us a cold shoulder.
Got our food right off the counter and opened my burrito in the car to find a lukewarm soggy tortilla that lacked any flavor. My iced americano also tasted burnt.
Not the coffee & breakfast that I was expecting to get us through our long car ride ahead. 😐

Sweet staff, good portions and not outrageously priced for a vacation town. The burritos were overly spicy, but that’s a taste issue, not a food quality issue so it’s not fair to ding them for it. We’ve been back both days of our SV trip.

The coffee here was pretty okay! I liked that they had an 8oz size! I got a caramel latte and the espresso wasn't the best but it was alright

Coffee wad delicious. We had a breakfast burrito and Jordan platter. It was delicious except the paleo potatoes (sweet potatoes) were undercooked. We sent them back but they were still undercooked when we got them back. We'll be back for the coffee.

I had been to Hailey Coffee Company when I was in Ketchum over Thanksgiving. It was perfectly serviceable and I had a pleasant dining experience. But upon my return at Christmas it was a different story. The front counter staff person was rude to the point of being nasty. When we asked her if they served sandwiches she merely pointed at the menu over her head, as if it were not convenient for her to speak. She interrupted me several times while I tried to order and acted like she was doing both of us a favor by even taking our orders. I appreciate that Christmas is a hectic and dizzying time of year in a resort town, but there is NEVER a reason to treat customers like they're inconveniencing the staff. I will NEVER set foot in the Hailey Coffee Company again, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Despite the small size of the WR Valley, we still have choices. And Hailey Coffee Company will not be one of mine.

A very nice place! Less busy than most other cafés in town, quieter music to make it easier to talk and work. Great “Make my day” oatmeal, decent cappuccino, and a wide selection of teas.
