A wonderful experience and well composed meals. The chicken picatta was a fan favorite at our table. Not a moment went by when we required extra assistance from the staff as they were there to dote on us throughout our stay. Thank you all! We will return for more!

I just wasted an hour and a half of my life that I'll never get back and I left hungry! I was so excited to try this place! Our family gets together RARELY for a night out to dinner and we all chose Cafe Tuscanos. After waiting over an hour after ordering, we never saw our server again after she dropped off the old, sad, wilted salads. Empty glasses and bellies, our server FINALLY appeared after we asked another server to get her. The food started coming out and it was ALL COLD! When we let the server know, she left to grab her manager and no one came back for 10 min. Instead we watched all the servers look at us, talking, discussing, and literal glares!!! The manager never appeared. Instead, another server stomped over to our table, said our ticket has been cancelled and stomped off. Ok, then. This place doesn't even deserve one star. If you want to waste your life away waiting for cold food and the worst service and a hostile atmosphere, this is the place for you! Otherwise, run far away. I finally went and tracked down the manager/bartender to explain the situation and treatment we received. She had the same attitude and condescending responses. Your staff is only as good as their leader... we will never, ever go back.

We visited tonight and ordered the steamed artichoke for an appetizer. It was tasty and the dipping was delicious. However, the issue i had was the plate had a chip on the corner that they gave to put the artichoke leaves on after eating. This is a safety hazard and was clearly overlooked by restaurant staff šŸ˜¢. Sad. The salad šŸ„— was good as always except the lettuce šŸ„¬ leaves were much to big for the little bowl it is served in. I am not a rabbit šŸ‡ so it was a little challenging to eat this in public without looking like a fool. They should chop their lettuce like they do at Sumisu and give bite size pieces not full leaves šŸ˜¢. Sad. Pasta dish was perfect as always. My only critique is they should offer a thinner spaghetti šŸ like angel hair as the pasta served was very thick. Flavor was delicious.

We went in as a family and started with the mini steak-on-bread appetizer and it tasted really good but not worth 13 bucks, maaaybe 8. We got cheese pizza for the kids and I tried a slice but couldn't finish it, too bland...I guess I'm more picky with pizza than I thought?? The best part was my Tuscano fettuccine dish-UUUmazing flavors!! My husband got the meatball and noodles but it tasted like someone tried too hard and messed up on making spaghett. Our server was great, very friendly. Not sure we'll go there again unless we find a coupon.

We went for lunch and I was disappointed they didn't serve lasagna for lunch. Ordered appetizer blackberry with brie on a flatbread; it was AMAZING!! Hubby got Gouda Mac and Cheese, really tasty. I got a linguini dish and it was super greasy, really didn't enjoy it and I didn't finish it. I also got a huckleberry lemonade and it was delicious! We got a creme brulee cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've had in a long time; wasn't packed with sugar, just mellow and delicious!

Great food and good feel. We had a great evening, much because of the yummy plates. I would highly recommend for a romantic evening with the one you love!

Amazing service, wonderful food. Would recommend and will try again. At first when walking in there is a convenient store the entrance is to the left of the cash register.

Horrible service. The server didnā€™t bring us plates for the appetizer. We asked . She didnā€™t bring us plates for the pizzas, even though my companion was disabled and I asked. I asked a second server (a permed blonde in a long black skirt and flats pretending to be European) if she would ask mine to bring us a plate and then she didnā€™t. I asked for a second glass of wine which she never brought although I sat there being ignored for a half hour. Then when I gave up she wouldnā€™t bring us our check. I canā€™t encourage people enough to avoid this arrogant place. The pizza was a soggy mess and the wine tasted like watered down crud. The Shrimp bruschetta wasnā€™t bruschetta, it was like some leftover shrimp on crackers, quite a scam. Jack in the Box would have been better.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, and great price for the value. Gave it 4 stars because I was hoping for great across the board but at least I spent less than expected.

Remarkable Italian food. Price is very reasonable for the high quality of food. Had a waiter "Brock" who was a rockstar. Charcuterie board was amazing, Bisque was off the chart. Wife's pasta bologenes was the best she has ever had. Spicy mussels were amazing. Will stop in Pocatello again just for this place.
