The worst. Every time I come here the service is dead. And they always have an excuse of a “shift change”. It took me over 20 min mid morning today to get my drink with maybe 5 cars in line. •these days it’s usually a lack of employees but there was enough people working
I got our coffee at a timely manner. Since they have two lanes, it was a little confusing who goes first. The coffee was good, hopefully they continue to better the experience.
You just can't go wrong with a nice hot cup of joe or Rebel from these guys every person working there it's delightful cheerful beautiful people, me and my wife love going there ❤️ they will always get a thumbs 👍
Second visit going to ANY Dutch Bro's, I was indecisive so they offered me a mix and I have to say I loved every sip! Thank you so much for this town's location for an amazing experience!
No reason one person should be staffed early morning. That's not thebfault of the enployee, but that of those who schedule. Shouldn't take 15 mins to get coffee woth a short line
I may seriously go here to much but this was above and beyond just customer service for sure. Always super friendly and quick, def my go to here in town for a pick me up drink
Awful experience… I waited for 45 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. I asked the guy at the window about it and he went to get the manager. Didn’t catch his name or I would include it, but he cursed at me and told me to drive away. Called their corporate office and they said they’re not going to do anything about it. I’ll stick to briesta.
