So, my prior visit to a Dutch Brothers coffee was not that great. I decided to visit to see if this new location would be any better.... It wasn't.

When I pulled up, I was the fourth car in line, yet it took over 10 minutes before my drink was handed to me.
Don't get me wrong, my coffee tasted okay, but not worth that long line.

I usually don't enjoy Dutch Bros drinks however shark attack is a true killer for me. I love it in soda form or even in redbull. The people there are really up lifting and cheerful as well. Really enjoyed my shark attack drink, thank you! Plus a bonus on the stickers, love them!

Very slow drive thru lines. Waited 10 minutes with two cars in line. They are rarely busy, yet they still can’t seem to figure out how to get the few cars they have at a time through the line. You are better off to visit a local coffee shop any way. The selection is also limited. They only have a handful of sugar free flavors to pick from. The only plus is they are open late.

Dutch Bros has good Coffee, I really love the Hazelnut one. The wait times in the drive thru are seemingly long but to me worth it. While walking through it is nice that this location does have a walk up window and outdoor seating.

I just waited in the drive thru line that did not move for fifteen minutes, so I decided to go to the walk-up window and waited an additional twenty minutes before receiving my drink. I was extremely displeased with the service, as-well-as the lack of apology from the employee for the wait time. There were only two females working, one runner and one making drinks for about 15 cars in the drive-thru and four at the walk up window. This issue needs to be addressed quickly before you have many more dissatisfied customers.

Wow... I have never had such poor customer service at a dutch bros! The girl at the window did her best but the shift lead was rude. They were clearly having problems with the credit/debit system but treated us like we were the problem. We tried 2 different cards from different banks and both declined. Both accounts had money to cover our drinks. The shift lead tried to run the cards and said They are declining, do you have cash? We said no and she said "There is nothing we can do." I asked if they were having problems with the credit/debit system and she said no. I told her both cards were from separate accounts from separate banks and had money. She looked very angry and said she would try my card using the chip instead of tap. She tried 3 times and all of a sudden it worked. Clearly that is not a problem on my end. I totally would have understood if it was a problem with the system but did not need to be treated like it was my fault.

This location needs to figure out the line situation. Its been multiple occasions that me or my wife would be in line for over 15 minutes before ordering. Today was 30 minutes of waiting before someone walked out, then waited 10 more minutes to receive my drinks. I’d suggest closing the outside drive-thru lane, it literally creates a back up in the line.

Absolutely love my trips to Dutch Bros, but my last visit left a lot to be desired. During my most recent trip, when I went to pay, the associate ran my card 6+ times, telling me it was declined l. On the last try, the charge was finally processed. I only noticed, after I left that my account had multiple charges/holds on my from being ran so many times.

Double Lane line got clogged, one person taking orders, 3 cars jumped in front of us, the girls ipad was "overheating" we got to the window after the other cars got their orders, they didnt have our order at all even though I was charged the full amount for it. One girl tried to help, another girl just had her tell her the order and completely messed up both orders even though it was said correctly. they were just trying to push through the line I understand but we ordered a strawberry rebel (which is pinkish red) with blue razz and lime drizzle and they gave us some green drink. for the caramelizer there isnt any of the caramel in it and it tastes really watered down and bad. I paid for oatmilk, i paid for extra drizzles and neither was supplied, I tried hard to drink it and enjoy it but one tastes like mocha flavored water and the other just straight kiwi and its super sugary. we are throwing both away and heading to the one in Boise to spend another 13$. never seen a dutch bros mess up so hard and do such a poor job trying to compensate. Will not come here again. please dont reply with some link to email support, im just here trying to save other dutch enthusiasts from wasting their time here.

Oh and P.S. the girl first taking the order called it a "Redbull". not a "Rebel". I should have known then not to trust the store especially since they were so new. I just believed in Dutch's consistency.

Best, most consistently good coffee in Mountain Home. There's the occasional mistake with an order, but 99 percent of the time the coffee is delicious and the service is fantastic.
