I can't recommend this place enough. Coffee is absolutely delicious each and every time, but the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The manager even remembered I had just started a new job and asked me how training was going! Top notch service!

I come here multiple times a week, and nine times out of ten, they don't make my drink as I order it. It's really frustrating when I order the same drink at any location I visit, and this is the only dutch that consistently forgets to add my sweetener. I shouldn't have to return to fix my drink on a regular basis. The employees are always friendly and give my dogs treats, but that doesn't make up for an incorrect order. I hate leaving bad reviews and I gave them many chances.....

Staff is incredibly sweet and always complimentary. I enjoy grabbing a quick cup while Iām here! The lines never bother me bc I know my drink will be tasty and the customer service is always the best. Thank you!

I went to this stand and was quite unimpressed with the customer service. We pulled up to the window and were sitting there for a good 10 minutes. There was a car on the other side and the employee was talking to them the whole time completely oblivious. Finally pulled around to the other side and she still carried on her conversation for another 5 minutes before the car left and she got to us.

My daughter got me a latte from this location. It was tardy in flavor. Tried to call n complain but this location doesn't have a phone. Take a minute and digest what I just said. No phone. A business as busy as this, and no phone.
I had to drive there to voice my complaint. Not cool. By this time I was pretty livid about the no phone thing.
The manager I spoke with (Brittney, hope I spelled that right) went above and beyond to calm me down and make me happy. She took the time to listen to my complaint, which was more about the location not having a phone than my dissatisfied drink order. She replaced my drink with one that was to my satisfaction. I will DEFINITELY be back because of her customer service skills. A+š

Having one phone number for all your locations is unacceptable. If a customer wants to speak to a specific location, they can't. When I wanted to complain about my drink, I had to get in my car and drive 2mi to complain in person. I'm disabled btw so this was real fun for me to do. So there's that, the wasted gas and my time. All because this location doesn't have a phone. I don't want to speak to someone in another state when I have a local complaint. That location should have a phone.
The fact that it doesn't is a major FAIL.
Get a clue.

Always friendly baristas and great coffee. Slightly over priced in my opinion, but utilizing the Dutch bros app gets bonus deals and a point system to earn free coffees.

Stopped by to grab a quick drink for my girlfriend and was starred at instead of helped. It was late in the evening but the open sign was on and the lady who worked there refused to come to the window. It looked like she may have been counting her till but I defiantly felt very disrespect. She could have easily told me they were closed for the night but instead she starred at me like I was suppose to already know. I absolutely love Dutch Bros and I stop by about everyday but tonight it did not feel very inviting.

Went this morning to get my coffee. Already had my heavy whipping cream and my syrups in there. I asked for black coffee and they dumped out MY stuff. Heavy whipping cream is NOT cheap. I've never had that happen before. I drove all the way back down there after getting to work and realizing what had happened. 30 mins of driving and they still didn't fix it right. It's watered down with hardly any flavor. Pretty upset because now not only have you wasted my cream and syrup, now you've wasted my time. Disappointed.
