So it’s my birthday today and they refused to give me a free drink. I was so sad! They told me I had to download the app and wait a day….. I was already there and on my way to work. Last year they did it with just the flash of my ID. Trash customer service. They were soooo rude not a good experience at all😞 double thumbs down.

The drinks are good at Dutch bros, but you pay $5 a drink with mostly ice. I always say light ice please I hate taking 3 sips and my it's gone just feels like you get ripped off. I said light ice 2 times and still again got a cup full of ice.

Was really excited for my pumpkin caramel drink today but yet again it was made wrong twice. not coming back to fix it a third time this morning. Very disappointed because this just keeps happening every other day. I was a daily but cant keep throwing away $9 a drink because they cant seem to get it right. Listening to a customers order does wonders. Especially when their a daily same drink everyday.

These guys are always quick and not in your face like every other dutch bros. While some people dig that, I don't. ''m a regular who has been going there a lot of mornings for the last 4 months or so, and honestly I love it.

EDIT: Going to have to tone this down a bit. The above is true but the location itself makes for a nightmare sometimes. They cut the other line off and it makes for a rather frustrating experience for drivers who aren't ordering here. People are gonna come either way, might as well not impede the drivers who aren't ordering here...

Went by this morning for our regular coffees except we went to a different location than usual. When I ordered I wasn’t sure if she heard me say that I wanted a caramel curtain so I had my boyfriend in the drivers seat double check with her. This is when the ATTITUDE started. She said she heard caramel drizzle and that there is a difference, a HUGE difference, and proceeded to ask if I was sure which one I wanted. I told her a curtain, apologized for the mix up, and told her I always get a curtain so I was positive I knew that’s what I wanted. She stopped everything and rather aggressively stated that she doesn’t know my regular order. Of course, this was maybe my 3rd time at this location and definitely my last. I will say that she made the drinks well, we’re perfectly happy with those.

Love Dutch bros coffee. And I think its great how friendly the employees are.. Positivity is a good thing. I just wish sometimes they could pick up on when people just want their coffee without the small talk... I dread it sometimes if im being honest. Just sometimes.

One of the best Dutch locations around! They're not super crazy busy like some and they're really fast and efficient with ordering. On average I'm in and out in about 3 minutes (go every day on my lunch hour). Like all dutch employees, they're super upbeat and easy going with mad coffee-making skills! Awesome job guys, keep it up!!

I'm really fed up with asking for extras, getting charged for extras and then they DON'T ADD IT! Twice in a row now I've gotten to work to find out they didnt add what I asked for.
