Great staff and always on top of their game! Because of this my morning is always great.

Love this place!!!! Drinks are always good, customer service is always good. The baristas are always in a cheery mood and happy to answer any of my questions. Which can be a lot sometimes with how I know very little about coffee😂

I come to this location daily. Drinks and customer service are excellent. 3 star low rating is due to the way they are running the traffic through. It is absolutely inefficient. They have 2 windows to take orders but only use one. People with cars hanging out on a busy street and people getting butted out of line. Just open your other window. It would be 50 times more efficient.

Always friendly and fast with super friendly people! They have a fantastic assortment of drinks. One of my daily trips!

My coffee is always delicious. They have great customer service and are very friendly.

I forget the girls name but she really seems to care about your drink, I ordered a tea and she recommended fresh strawberries in it and it was amazing! Each time these girls seem to like their job and are happy. They get your order right. This particular java espress is the best one in my opinion because I've had bad experiences at 2 other locations.

I left a 1 star in response to the closing of one lane, in hopes of getting management's attention. It's discouraging to pull up and see one long line, especially when I'm in a hurry. Sometimes I just skip it because I don't have the time. Please reconsider this silly set up. The girls are awesome at this location and I truly LOVE them. They remember my drink order and are super friendly. I don't think they should be out walking in the cold (and we know cold weather is on its way) to take orders when there is two perfectly working windows. Stop trying to be like Dutch Bros. I come to Java to support local business and because I don't want the Dutch bros experience. PLEASE listen to your customers!

Amazing drinks for an amazing price, with amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend the Strawberry Banana Creamie for both kids and adults.

Love love love Java. I always get the same thing and it's always so delicious. Was just in drive thru the other day and the gal at the window had GREAT customer service. She talked to us and kept us occupied while our drinks were being made.

This location has always been my go to since it's on my way to work and because the drinks have always been amazing. That was the case up until lately. I almost ALWAYS order a blended Aztec with an extra shot. My son orders his without the extra shot. Lately my drink doesn't even taste like the Aztec did before and it's always a pale cream color while his is dark and more chocolate looking. I'm confused as why this occurs because if I'm already ordering this drink which should be brown in color and adding an espresso shot, you would think it would be a darker brown and not a pale cream color. There is no flavor or even the "spice" that you used to get with this drink. I hope they can fix this so I can continue to use this location and bring back the flavor the Aztec used to have.
