Heck yes! This place has saved my sanity so many times. Easy to get in and out. Easy to talk to the staff who are also very courteous in return regardless of the time of day.

While other locations around town are decent, this JE location never gets my drink order wrong. It's a 50 50 chance at the other locations that I'll get what I order.

Definitely recommend this place.

Smooties are the best. Hot chocolate is very good. Service was fast. Workers were super friendly.

After having to repeat my order 5 times watching the cars behind me get served and yet again having to repeat again I wanted a kids chocolate milk I just gave up and drove off.

I looked at my receipt and everything was correct it was just 3 drinks no substitutes or additions. I was in line for over 20 minutes 10 of which were at the window.

I am disappointed and miss the old staff.

I didnt even get my money back they didn't know how. So I hope you guys stealing 12 dollars from me was worth losing almost 20 dollars a week.

What more can you ask for out of a drive through coffee shop. Fast, friendly service, and awesome help with questions!

Use to love this place but my kids creamies are watered down and nasty and the attitude from the staff is horrible. I also have a rewards number/ QR code and never get rewards points to my account asked about it and they don't know anything she was rude. Asked about different flavors because they didn't have the kids flavors up and the app wasn't working. This place has lost my family and my business 😕

i am very sad about whatever has happened to this location. this was the one & only location that would always get my order right whether it was coffee, soda, smoothies, protein shakes, etc. i would go out of my way to go to this location even though others were closer. i am sad to say that now no matter what location i go to, my orders will more than likely be made wrong. i have given it a shot maybe 4-5 times in the last week or two & it's a constant disappointment. i haven't seen a familiar face, the customer experience is lacking EVERYTHING. no one seems so know what they're doing & won't bother asking questions to make sure thinks are ordered right. there has been some comments made everytime I've been in, in the last week or so.

I'm disappointed to see that as this was always my favorite & never had a complaint about it. I've had to throw my drinks away and go to a different location 3 times because they don't seem to know what they're doing...

They lady was insisting on tips and trying to shame in a polite way. However, I REFUSE TO TIP A SINGLE CENT FOR ANY PICKUP OR DRIVE THRU. I was surprised by the audacity. Shame on you!
Also, I need to mention, they are super slow for a drive thru. And the coffee is average at best for the price.

They have drinks, they're pretty good. They are not fast, which defeats the purpose of drive through coffee. If I have 20 minutes to get coffee in the morning, and they have anyone in line already, I don't stop there because I'm not confident waiting won't make me late for work. This is especially annoying because they appear to have 4-5 people working at any given time.
TLDR Good drinks, not a good place to go if you have somewhere to get to quickly. Its a legit gamble

Was great to find this coffee shop. Had stopped to look at the Falls. Staff was super helpful for our first time there. Good coffee. Plan to stop again when passing thru

They have the best infused raspberry red bulls.
